I had a reply to a previous review but cannot reply to it.
It wasn’t about the code having expired which I hadn’t realised or that it was online but that the Manager didn’t know what I was talking about receiving a code for completing a survey. He made us feel like we had made it up and we’re trying to get a discount
OKA do this discount on a regular basis and I have used it previously which is an attractive concept for the consumer.

Dear Sandra
Thank you for sharing your experience and we are pleased that you received helpful and friendly service from Suzanne.
We can advise that the discount for completing our survey was only redeemable for orders placed on our website and was valid for a month, and had sadly expired when your order was placed.
We do thank for bringing to our attention and please be assured that your feedback will be escalated to ensure that all team members are informed of promotions. We apologise for any inconvenience you have been caused and hope that you are happy with your purchase.

Suzanne at the Tunbridge wells branch…
Suzanne at the Tunbridge wells branch was so hopeful. Having never shopped in Oka before she walked us round to look at all the sofa and what could work.Explained that I could bring in a video of the room and they will help build the layered look I am trying to achieve. Ended up with a lovely rug for one of our rooms that I felt confident to buy as I could return easily if I did not like it
