Ordered rug and cushions via webchat . Jess was really helpful sent pics of living room and she was able to place rug in room so I could see what it would look like . Also advised on cushions to compliment the rug and sofa . Absolutely fab service great communication and a real pleasure to deal with . Have received the rug and cushions and they are spot on ! The Oka merchandise catches the eye as soon as you enter the Mill. The fragrance from the candles on display draws you in. The staff were welcoming and the floor space beautifully presented. A unique selection of artisan goods for the home.

What a joy to was to was in to the…
What a joy to was to walk in to the colour of OKA amidst all the bland and boring. I had wonderful assistance from the lady who served both my daughter and myself - so friendly and lovely in every way. We complimented her on the simple and stylish outfit she wore.
