Eloise helped us put together the floral arrangement we purchased earlier. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Such a sweet and talented person!

Pleased with the goods. Only disappointment was the carriage charge for a split delivery when the reason for this was that not all of the items were in stock for delivery. So either wait 8 weeks... Zobacz więcej

The two girls in the Marlow shop were both absolutely brilliant! They were incredibly helpful and guided me through choosing the paintings. I also showed them a photo of the space where I was planning... Zobacz więcej

Our curated collection of large and small OKA pieces is showcased in seasonal sets by our talented visual team in this quaint town in Buckinghamshire. Just an hour outside of London, our Marlow store is situated on a bustling high street with parking nearby. It’s a stone’s throw from the UK’s only two Michelin-starred pub, The Hand and Flowers, which makes it the perfect spot for a day out – one where interiors shopping is followed by a delicious meal.

Appreciate your kind words David, i will ensure the tea are made aware of their great work.

I spent nearly £600 buying five oka lamps. The designs and lamp bases are very attractive however the quality of the light fittings is atrocious. Of the five table lamps I bought four no longer work two have short-circuited themselves a third one we don’t know why it’s not working in the fourth one the fitting cracked but the way it has been manufactured it is impossible to replace it so an £150 lamp is now rendered useless because it’s not possible to replace the 50p lamp socket. I will not be touching the shop with a barge pole in future and I would strongly advise you to avoid any other electrical goods. The quality of the lamps I’ve bought in the past from John Lewis and IKEA is far better

We are extremely disappointed to hear of the quality you have found with our lamps recently. This is not the usual standard that we would expect to have reports on.
Please do reconnect with the Customer Service Team at customerservice@oka.com and we will fully investigate the quality of the lamps you have received and resolve this for you
