Ordered the 320 alcohol marker set, some organizers as well as some other things from the online shop. Was a bit worried because of some bad reviews, but I personally had no problems with their shop, delivery or the products.
Delivery was quick, all products were fine.
For context: I ordered from the EU warehouse to Germany.

My order still hasn't shipped, and I've encountered numerous issues with this company. Initially, I was on day 3 without any shipping updates, despite their claim that orders ship within 24 hours. This is completely misleading; after reaching out, they stated it’s actually 48 hours, and here I am, 48 hours into my second order with no shipment in sight.

I requested to cancel part of my order—specifically, some gel pens—and was informed that they had instead canceled my entire order. To make matters worse, I’ve been told I need to wait 2 months for the alcohol markers I never wanted canceled in the first place, to come back I stock. This is utterly illogical since the set I ordered should still be available.

Their response to this mess? A mere 10% discount, which is already advertised on their website. This is not an acceptable resolution.

I forgot to update to my new address before paying, so had to contact their customer services. I received a prompt reply and my order was delivered to my new address. I then received a follow up email to check I had received my order. First class customer service and I love my new pens, very high quality

Jeg bestilte mine Ohuhu markers søndag d. 24/11, og de blev leveret allerede onsdag d. 27/11. Der var ingen problemer med bestilling og levering, selv om jeg bor i Danmark og de blev sendt fra Tyskland.
Selve markerne er virkelig en fornøjelse at bruge. De efterlader ikke grimme streger, og blender super godt med hinanden.

I had to contact them about information on a particular issue and the lady who replied, Violet, was extremely polite and kind and gave me all the information I asked for plus a lot more besides! Their materials are superb and I have just made my third purchase from them and the recipient will enjoy receiving it, very much, in due course.

I had a problem with an Amazon order from Ohuhu, but they fixed it fast.

I contacted their support, and Tracy sorted out a refund for the missing part. She was really helpful and kept me updated.

Then Sunny from their team offered a refund without needing me to return the item. So easy!

Overall, Ohuhu was great to deal with. If you want a company that cares, go with Ohuhu.

I purchased a greenhouse off them when I put it together there was a slight rip by the seam and plastic. I emailed them and they replied within 24 hours asking for a picture which I sent and within 6 hours of sending Tracy authorised a replacement which was received two days later. Customer service 100% and the company 100% I don't know how the bad reviews where treated but mine was excellent and would buy from them again. I don't normally do reviews unless company is really good. Thank you Tracy for handling my problem swiftly

No hago más que leer opiniones de esta empresa que son malas y no entiendo nada. Vivo en España y a pesar de todo lo que ponía la gente decidí arriesgarme en Black Friday y comprar un set de 320 rotuladores. Mi experiencia fue totalmente diferente a lo que relatan aquí. En tres días aproximadamente desde el pedido ya lo habían enviado, y me daban un numero de seguimiento de DHL con el cual en todo momento sabía donde estaba el paquete, incluso supe que día exacto llegaba. Llegó todo perfectamente. Y animada por la buena experiencia decidí hacer otro pedido de tres organizadores de bamboo para meter los rotuladores. En esta ocasión todo igual, el pedido se envió rápido, numero de seguimiento también, pero por culpa de DHL el paquete llegó en muy malas condiciones, venía muy maltratado y uno de los organizadores venía parcialmente dañado. Enseguida me puse en contacto con atención al cliente de Ohuhu, y al rato de escribirles ya me estaba contestando una señorita llamada Jasmine, super amable y en perfecto inglés. Cómo les envié fotos detalladas de todo lo que había pasado, al día siguiente de escribirle ya me estaban indicando que me iban a enviar un organizador nuevo sin coste y que no tenía ni que devolver el antiguo. A los dos días ya me lo habían enviado con seguimiento de DHL de nuevo, y me llegó en el plazo de tiempo normal que te indican. Así que estoy contentísima con la atención al cliente de Ohuhu, les doy un 10.
Resumiendo, ni los paquetes se me ha perdido nunca, ni me han dejado sin contestar los emails, ni los emails han sido en ingles ininteligible, y ante una eventualidad de rotura me han sustituido sin coste el producto en un tiempo record. No quiero pensar mal pero todos esos mails de descrédito me parecen muy sospechosos, ya que mi doble experiencia está a años luz de lo que describen aquí. Yo por mi parte seguiré comprando en Ohuhu porque me ha parecido una empresa muy seria, y de verdad que me alegro de haber comprobado por mí misma que las cosas no son siempre como parecen. Y dejo constancia de que yo he pagado todos los productos y que Ohuhu no tiene que ver nada conmigo, soy una compradora independiente e imparcial. Espero haber ayudado a alguien con mi opinión, saludos.

First of all, they sold a product they didn't have it. Then they sent it (knowing we live in Europe) from the wrong warehouse so the product was refused to get in MACEDONIA. didn't have the product again and we had to wait one more month without ANY update.

The product arrived within the timeframe. The tracking website seemed really sketchy, especially since it wouldn't always recognise the number, but I just had to reload a few times. Would be nice to be notified when it was delivered tho.
Overall the markers work great and without any problem, would recommend!

Tried the Ohuhu alcohol brush markers after a poor experience with another brand. Very impressed with them & only sad I can't afford all of them. Good quality, especially the brush nibs. Have since bought some different types & happy with all of them.
I'm in the UK & bought from Amazon - always delivered in no more than a couple of days.

Saw lots of other artists hyping up these markers so I decided to check them out. Ordered them, order was "fulfilled" and i got a tracking number. Tracking just said "label made" for a full week and now it says its been delivered to California. I live in NC. Somethings not adding up here. Needless to say im ticked i ever even bothered with the order. Had i known i wasnt going to receive them i would have just bought some other markers elsewhere.

They simple said they could send another set just after that one return (the one which we never received and they know was going back to them exactly as they sent), as we could damaged or something the product we NEVER RECEIVED.
After that they said they dont have the product again and we had to wait one more month without ANY update. The product arrived after 3 months and DAMAGED, WITHOUT LID AND HARD AS A ROCK.
My money? Never got back. €200 I never got back and a product I cannot use because is damaged. (The package was in perfect condition so the product came damaged from Ohuhu).
Dont get scammed as us and other buyers here (as you can see).

the pens are nice-great for art.However, when i was my pastel set something happened that bothered me,VERY much.I was drawing a picture for my friend when i coloured with the colour hazelnut(from pastel set like i said before i don't think that they have this in stock anymore) and it appeared LITERAL orange on my canvas..i just thought it had to set in for a few minutes.I waited but NOTHING CHANGED DURING THAT TIME!!! It had still appeared orange on my canvas-ORANGE- and this was for my friend she knows the person that i was drawing very well so i could NOT surprise her with a orange person.Because i knew what would her reaction she would obviously fake being happy.DID I MENTION THAT THE CANVAS WAS LITERAL WHITE?! I had a melt down and no I'm was NOT being dramatic thank you very much.It looked HIDEOUS-my drawing was bad enough but now this?I could not believe it.It was orange-orange!!! I'm just so disappointed i might cry all over again.LESSON LEARNED DO NOT BUY FROM OHUHU AND USE THE COLOUR HAZELNUT UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO TURN OUT ORANGE!!!utter disgrace from ohuhu-shame...

Ordered over a week ago, no shipping confirmation, no tracking, no response to multiple emails. Dont waste your money, seems like a scam. Pity they have roped in the like of Jazza to shill for them.

Decent pens got the 320 pack better if wider selection of brighter colours but the main issue was the delivery. It seemed as if no on knew what was actually happening with my parcel as it was sat in one place for almost a month and itvwas a pretty terrible shipping experience i was starting to believe it was a scam at one point but the pens did arrive so i guess i cant fault them but anyone who orders from this website expect it to take around a month or so for delivery not the estimated delivery date they tell u.

My pens never reached me, still waiting for company to get back to me. Have chased DHL Paket and Parcelforce. Pens were not delivered but reached UK and returned to Germany then back to Ohuhu. Lots of time lost, money spent still nothing to show for it!!!!!! I have never ever bothered to review before but I’m so frustrated at lack of response and ineptness so am posting now!

Terrible shipping experience. The language in the T&Cs is poorly written in pigeon English. In the U.K. I was charged extra customs charges and also given incorrect carrier details. I would never recommend these people. Pens still have not arrived after 10 days.

I own a lot of alcohol markers an love Ohuhu! Really afordable and good quality, comparable to Copic (though those are slightly better, but sooooo expensive). They are perfect if you are not doing drawings for a living. The only drawback: The are not refillable and you can only buy them in bulk, I wish I could order certain colours because I prefer some to others.

Typically made in china crap.. do not recommend it . Copic or Tombow might be more expensive companies but they are so much more valuable
