A complete scam - placed an order that never arrived, and there is no way of contacting them. I messaged on Instagram, contacted the email that the order confirmation came from and got nothing. They’re clearly taking orders and the money and not fulfilling them.

I subscribed after my first delivery. Thrive took the money but no delivery… do NOT subscribe!

Charged £44 for 3 tubs of gummies, but they never arrived. There is no contact telephone number and all emails have gone unanswered. Appalling service - please do not use unless you want to be ripped off.

Awful customer service. No phone number. Numerous emails and online messages sent as my gummies were not delivered yet I’ve been charged!! Seems like I’m not alone!
Will be reporting them !!
Do not buy !

Update June 2025 - I claimed back the charge that was made to my card via my bank. After I reported the transaction to my bank, I heard from the company by email - they asked me to remove the chargeback. They didn't apologise for or even acknowledge that I hadn't received the order they charged me for, much less assure me my order would be sent etc. I replied to them that I would get it removed if they refunded what they charged me for the order I hadn't received. To which I received no response. So I didn't remove the chargeback and my bank successfully recovered the money on my behalf. I didn't hear anything further from the company. This was a few months ago.

Paid for an order on the 26th Jan. Never Received.
6th Feb - I emailed the generic "info@" email address on their website to see where my order was. No response.
11th Feb - emailed again to follow up having had no response. No response.
12th Feb - emailed generic "sales@" email on their website to try again and request a response - I still received no response. 
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Update 21st Feb 2025 - The company tried to get my review taken down as they said it was against Trustpilot guidelines - because I referenced email addresses in it. Both the email addresses I referred to are in no way personal email addresses - these are generic email addresses, that are published on their website, and do not identify any individuals. I list them specifically - to be clear that I tried multiple ways to get in touch with them. I got no 'undeliverable' bounce backs to my emails - so they were received.

Clearly there is something pretty serious going on with the company operations. They're obviously not able to fill orders as other recent reviews show, or at least not fill them all. And they're not being honest about that, they're not taking responsibility and they're certainly making no proactive effort to get in touch with customers, much lest respond direct contact from customers asking about their undelivered orders. Which is the part that's completely unacceptable. I have cancelled my product subscription, and I have raised a dispute with my bank for the last order I was charged for because I never received the product - to get my money back. I have also reported the company to the Trading Standards Authority as it's completely unacceptable trading behaviour and a gross failing in upholding their statutory obligations.

Good tasting gummies I can’t lie, but customer service is truly awful. I moved house, so I requested a change of shipping address, and what happened? Nothing. And because they have not replied to my emails and messages about cancelling, my deliveries are being delivered to my old address! Truly laughable at this rate - do not buy

A fraud! Really bad customer service. I’ve placed an order, no confirmation and no replies to any of my emails, messages via IG, nothing! And nothing has arrived. Appalling! a fraud! Beware

I've previously ordered the creatine gummies, and they're great. I can't fault the product. When I needed to place another order, I thought I'd subscribe. Great, easy process, better price. no problem.
The problem comes when the order got damaged/lost in the post and courier decided not to deliver the damaged order. I had an email and letter from them confirming this, so I sent an email to Thrive, because there's literally no other way to contact them, and I've had no reply. So I've paid for an order, and I can't actually get a replacement, or request a refund. What use is that? How exactly is this helpful for anyone? You want people to subscribe for your product, you need to up your customer service game, because quite frankly there is no customer service as it stands.

Shocking customer service, it’s non existent. Have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks, emails and messages are unanswered. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Nice tasting gummies, convenient, BUT after 5 months I can say there has been no noticeable difference in my performance or recovery, if anything I am back to pre using creatine (another brand, not gummies) supplements.

Absolutely no way of cancelling subscription through the website/account, emails and social dm's ignored. No customer services to speak to. Have had to speak direct to my CC company to block any further payments. I would say don't subscribe, saving a few £ really isn't worth the hassle of trying to cancel.

Really great. Recommend to anyone who forgets to take creatine. You almost can’t forget with these cos they taste too good. Would buy again.
