Communication could be better as is very slow at times, this showed when it took just short of 5 years to settle the case. And my solicitor changed half way through which slowed the process more. But no complaints for my actual solicitor it really was just how long the process took.

Quick responses to emails and things explained well. Overall very happy with the service.,

Terrible service, gave all info 8 weeks ago which was hard to do due to the severity of my person injury. Chased and chased for a phone call back, then to have to go through it all again as someone didn’t click save on their system…. For the lady to say they can’t deal with my kind of personal injury!!!

Nick Parr my personal solicitor was usually extremely good however occasionally there were slight issues with other staff who were not so knowledgeable about my actual case.
Whilst due to complications with my case meaning a positive outcome at court could not be guaranteed, therefore I chose to accept a lower settlement, others may have a different outcome.
All of the experts from OH Parsons were efficient, friendly and very professional giving very good advice throughout.
