Brilliant service! Very quick delivery!

While the dress looked beautiful it was of substandard quality. It was bought in prep for a ball a couple of months before the event. Tried on once and hung up. When the day came I noticed the zip seam was coming apart, the bodice was tearing from the skirt and numerous seams were unravelling. I had to repair this dress before it was even worn as we had didn't have another ball gown to hand!!!
Customer service are claiming that as this dress has already been 'repaired ' they will not remedy the situation.
Please inspect your garments carefully upon receipt. This company is not trustworthy and is NOT selling the quality garments that it is charging for.
I'm disgusted with them and was so disappointed for my daughter.

I offered to send photos of the defects but was told, by Oh Hello that it would make no difference to my case, and that the repairs that I was forced to make before the dress was even worn counted as "alterations".

Very poor experience. I ordered four dresses, one arrived damaged, and I returned three. Despite this, the company is charging me for two dresses even though I only kept one. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I cannot recommend.

Fab brand and company. They ALWAYS go out of their way to help.

I ordered 2 dresses to wear as a wedding guest. Given the price, the quality was not reflected in the construction, detailing or fabric of the dresses. They were poorly made and felt like something from Shein. I then discovered that free returns are not offered and you must pay to return clothing to a Belfast postcode. There was an issue with delivery and I had to chase the contact us email to confirm they have received the dresses. I then waited over a week for the refund to be processed and I do believe that if I hadn't chased for the refund then they would have kept my money. Avoid avoid avoid!

The customer service team for Oh Hello is absolutely fantastic. I had a query about a dress being re stocked and the team sorted me out in no time ! Would highly recommend. So so helpful. Thanks again 🙂

I would not recommend this website at all. Ordered there dress for the first time, material was not good at all. Sizing is way too small. I returned the dress and had to pay 15€ for it! Then they contacted to me, saying the dress i send them back was dirty and full of hair.(Was not up to there return policy standart). I fold the dress nicely and used roll tape to clean it after trying it on and now they want me after all that still pay for the dress. Absolutely unfair! Really bad experience from them!

Detta klänningsbolag håller verkligen vad de lovar! Jag skickade ett Mail till dem och frågade om tips till vilken storlek jag skulle ta. De svarade på en söndag trots att de inte jobbar då!! De svarade med mycket artig ton och gav mig råd som hjälpte mig mycket! Ska beställa min klänning så snart den finns i small, får se hur det går!!🤞

Absolutely fantastic service. It is the second time I got an Ball dress for my Daughter and we were thrilled both occasions. The dress was fantastic quality, arrived the next day, and I was able to use the discount code that was advertised at the top of their page. The dress was stunning, my Daughter loved it and the detail in the dress was so beautiful. I also signed up for a different size notification and I was able to return the size that didn't suit, it was very easy and I got the refund very quickly (using Klarna payment option also). Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I ordered a dress for my daughters TY ball. The service was fantastic, arrived within 2 days. However, the dress was so small it would not zip up at the back despite it being my daughters size. Had to return it sadly.

Horrible. They couldn’t deliver bc of an overseas cost. Then returned it without notifying me. Now I can’t purchase. Bad service. Didn’t fix the issue

Ordered two dresses the 7th of January late at night. Accidentally clicked on the click and collect option. Emailed the gang at Oh Hello Clothing straight away. They emailed me back early the next morning (the 8th) saying it had been changed to delivery and was no problem and I received my order on the 9th of January. Excellent service from the company, couldn’t have helped me enough and such quick responses.

First time ordering from this company and I'm quite pleased with my order. I ordered three dress options for my friends wedding. I am very happy with the quality of the everleigh soft satin dress but need to exchange for a bigger size. The dress is a gorgeous lemon colour and lined which i find many dresses I have tried didn't have. Overall very happy.

I messaged the Instagram page because I fell in love with a dress that was out of stock. Oh Hello came straight back and had one sent out to me. They were so helpful and everyone loved the dress!

Not the best quality of material. Straps not adjustable hence had to pay an additional 40 on alterations. Sizing not the best either. Unfortunately don’t feel the dress is worth what I paid and wouldn’t recommend
