Oh Doggy Recenzje

Great place for my dog to go while I’m at work. Staff are all lovely and look after the dogs very well. Great that you can pay extra for dogs to be walked.

Wrong food delivered and no resolution.

My order was delayed by at least 10 days. I emailed oh doggy on numerous occasions with no response and there is no telephone number for them.

Item never arrived , still stuck at there post office and I had a ticket from Royal Mail through the post asking me to pay £10 postage .. will never use again! No response to any emails!!! Terrible service

UPDATE Paul from ohdoggy has been in touch and resolved the issue

UPDATE AGAIN , item hasn’t arrived again!!!! And is now refusing to give me the tracking details and now not responding again .. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick delivery, excellent communication and lovely Kong Christmas dog toys. Thank you very much.

The item showed in stock so
Purchased .. 48 hour tracked week went by no communication from company . When I emailed I got told no stock but have one with a pink heart . I said I bought blue as my dog is a boy I got. Refund and no further communication terrible and would not use this company again

I would have given 5 stars but the two packets ordered one came in a week but second arrived after two weeks I did not expect that. Maybe next time I will give 5 stars

Really good quality products & well priced.
If not in stock, Staff go the extra mile to get products in quickly. Would highly recommend oh doggy👏

Excellent food for my dog, gives her an amazing shiny coat. Love buying from Oh Doggy as you get rewards for buying with them, delivery is always quick and the food is well packaged on arrival.

Fast reliable delivery

Very competitive pricing. Had a loads of issues changing address and receiving new bags of food when sent to wrong address.

I find it unacceptable that they will not allow you to call them to discuss issues everything has to be done through email.

Quick service. Accurately described. Reasonable price.

Fast delivery, well packaged and a great price

I had to pay £3.50 postage as there was not enough on thr parcel. Love the item but did not appreciate having to pay more out for postage.

Easy delivery and product in top condition. Thanks

Exactly what I'm looking for with competitive prices and great service and Doggy rewards too. What's not to like, when can get money off towards pet supplies.

Firstly sent wrong order then allegedly sent the right one although have been reluctant to send me tracking. Customer service is appalling so had to get my bank involved….only then did they bother making contact!

On time delivery. No hassle. Difficult to get in contact with company as I wanted to extend the time between deliveries. Sent email, but no response.
