I can’t recommend this website development team enough. They did an amazing job building our website, but the real highlight has been the relationship we've built over the years. Ash is absolute quality, his leadership, communication, and work ethic are top-tier. Over the course of working together long-term, he’s become a great friend, and I adore him and his family. If you want a development team you can actually trust in this fast-moving industry, look no further!

This was an outstanding experience...probably one of the top 5 experiences I've had with tech companies in over 50 years in business. They were receptive to my ideas. Modifications were not met with resistance, but were improved upon. Communications were responsive and focused. Gaurav and his team were exceptional. For anyone considering creating a website or improving an existing website, I would recommend that you speak with Gaurav before you you do anything else.

Why do some companies feel the need to use deceptive and questionable business practices?

Ogrelogic appears to be another company using misleading outreach tactics.

In April, I received an unsolicited email from someone named Chris using a Hotmail email address. The message said:

“I am reaching out to see if there is anything that would like to upgrade, repair or redesign on your site. I am a web designer/developer that can do just about anything you can imagine at very affordable price.”

I never contacted this company. I never requested information from them. Then in May, Chris followed up from the same Hotmail account and wrote:

“I’m still awaiting your response. May I send you a created sample websites & Price? Please respond. Thank you..!!”

I responded.

After that, someone named Ash emailed me from an Ogrelogic domain address and said:

“Thank you for your response! Chris passed this along to me — I'm Ash, Development Manager here at Ogrelogic, an IT Solutions Development team based out of Austin, TX. Great to connect with you.”

So now I have questions.

Chris presented himself as a web designer/developer. But once I responded, my information was apparently passed to someone else at Ogrelogic. Was Chris actually an independent web developer, or was this just a front email account being used to send unsolicited bulk marketing emails?

At no point did Chris disclose that he was contacting me on behalf of Ogrelogic. At no point did he ask for permission to pass my response or contact information to another person. And at no point did I request marketing outreach from Ogrelogic.

That is exactly why these tactics feel deceptive. A company should not be using vague personal email accounts, questionable identities, and unsolicited messages to get business leads. If Ogrelogic is a legitimate company, it should be transparent from the beginning about who is contacting people, what company they represent, and why they are emailing.

Why do companies need to operate this way? Why not be honest upfront instead of using tactics that look like spam, lead harvesting, or deceptive email marketing?

Businesses are tired of being targeted by unsolicited emails from people who disguise who they are, fail to disclose the company behind the message, and then pass contact information around once someone responds. That is not professional marketing. It is misleading, intrusive, and exactly the kind of practice that makes people distrust companies like this.

Absolutely a Game Changer!!! We are absolutely glad we found Mike Johnson and his team at Ogrelogic.com!! We were having issues on designing and structuring our website until we met Mike. He scheduled a personal one in one Meeting with us and listened fully to what we wanted and presented everything him and his team could do to get our website running smoothly and efficiently. We were contacted every step of the way with the development and designs for our input and approval before moving to the next process. He created our vision and made it better than we imagined. We will continue to use Ogrelogic and their amazing team for this website and future plans we have. Thank You Mike for everything!!
