Fantastisch eerste bezoek
Wij zijn vorige week voor onze behandeling langs geweest bij OGN Dental Clinic. Vanaf het ontvangst op de luchthaven werden we als koningen behandeld. We werden met een VIP busje opgehaald en naar ons hotel gebracht. De volgende dagen werden we steeds aan ons hotel opgehaald en na het bezoek aan de kliniek ook terug aan het hotel afgezet. Het personeel daar is ook super vriendelijk! De kliniek is heel modern en heel hygienisch. De dokters en tandartsen zijn heel vriendelijk en ze zijn echt begaan met je welzijn en met de service die ze bieden. Je mag en kan hen alles vragen en ze staan steeds klaar om je te helpen. Over het eerste deel van onze behandeling zijn we super tevreden. Binnen een 4 tal maand moeten we teruggaan voor ons 2e bezoek en dan zouden de definitieve bruggen erin komen. Wij waren daar voor all on 6 zowel boven als onderaan.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend
I have honestly thought about leaving this review because I just want a quiet life , but have decided to be brave enough to put this review out there. I went to this clinic in desperation , I had severe dental issues & couldn’t sleep or eat. I thought I was changing my world by being brave enough to do this . Well I was right about it changing my world . I came back to the UK with an implant on my main facial nerve and a numb face , a failing implant due to poor placement . I have had to pay thousands to put right what was done to me. I now have another two failing implants , but have already paid out nearly £12,000 since the start of this journey . I how have two more implants failing . Which is another £3000 to remove .
If you take the time to check this clinic out I hope this review will stop you from making the biggest mistake of your life .
It changed my life , I was right about that . I am in debt , in pain , it has ruined my relationship and has given me such crippling anxiety I struggle to function .

When we received this review, we were very surprised, as it did not reflect the type of feedback we normally receive from our patients. We even had to take some time to identify who it referred to, and after looking into it, we realized it was written by our patient. (We can not share name due to Trustpilot guidelines)
We are truly saddened to read how you feel about your experience. Please know that at our clinic, every patient’s well-being is deeply important to us, and we never take it lightly when someone expresses distress or disappointment. Dental treatment can be life-changing, and we understand how emotional and challenging it can feel when expectations are not met.
When you raised concerns after your treatment, we immediately assured you that if there were any problems, we would be ready to bring you back and correct anything that was our responsibility. We asked you to provide a 3D scan so we could properly evaluate your case, but despite several reminders, this was never received. Without such essential information, it is not possible to determine whether the issues you describe are related to our treatment or other factors.
As part of our aftercare service, we also offered to arrange an assessment with our partner surgeon in the UK so you would not have to travel back immediately. This would have allowed us to fully understand your situation and provide the right support. Unfortunately, you declined this opportunity.
Regarding the numbness you mentioned, we would like to clarify that your implants were not placed near the main facial nerve. In some patients, temporary numbness or tingling can occur after implant surgery due to swelling or the body’s natural healing process. This usually improves over time and, in most cases, resolves completely. Permanent numbness from dental implants is extremely rare, and whenever unusual symptoms occur, we recommend a scan and follow-up assessment to ensure proper care.
For transparency, the treatment you received at our clinic amounted to approximately £2,700. Later, you requested £12,000 as compensation to continue treatment in the UK, which does not reflect the treatment provided or costs incurred at our clinic. You also stated that you would post a damaging review if this request was not met, and we have records of these communications. Even so, we remain open to reviewing a 3D scan and providing any necessary support or corrections to issues that are genuinely our responsibility.
Finally, it is important for readers to know that dental implants can fail for reasons not directly related to surgical error, including:
- Smoking or poor oral hygiene
- Pre-existing gum or bone conditions
- Uncontrolled medical issues (e.g., diabetes)
- Excessive bite forces (clenching/grinding)
- Not following post-operative instructions
- Natural differences in individual healing
We remain fully committed to supporting you and addressing any issue that may be linked to our treatment. All we continue to ask, as from the beginning, is that you share the requested 3D scan so we can properly assess the situation.
Dental treatment is both life-changing and sometimes challenging. Please be reassured that we always stand by our work and are prepared to take responsibility if something has not gone as planned.

What a fantastic experience from the start , very clean , very friendly and an amazing dentist couldn’t ask for more . I had all on 4 dental implants and they were amazing talks you through the process and what to expect . I highly recommend this company 💯 better than uk and very reasonable priced I couldn’t ask for better , I will miss them when it is all finished For sure , see you all in late January and thank you so much OGN

I recently had zirconium crowns fitted…
I recently had zirconium crowns fitted at OGN and I wanted to wait before putting my review up to give them time to settle. I am honestly blown away with how good the service and outcome of the procedure was. I have absolutely no complaints. As someone who waited years before taking the plunge out of fear, I would highly recommend OGN. I have had soo many positives compliments from my new smile and there was next to no pain with the aid of pain killers. The procedure is no where near as painful or intrusive as you would think. Thank you OGN for taking time to give me a natural and unique new smile! You can see pics on theirs social media of my outcome. Don’t hesitate.
