The price for Ogi Broadband will save me £44 a month for 6 months then £21 a month for 18 months after that the installation team of Liam E and Will H were excellent. Asking permission and opinions where needed, and installed our new EERO Box quickly and without fuss

Signed up to have Ogi wifi in our first home and they have been very quick and great with communication when getting it installed. Laura Fenning is our local rep and she is so helpful and answers any questions I have quickly and kindly!

Steff and Ashley turned up on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently with no disruption whatsoever, if only everything involved in moving house and suppliers was as easy as this !!

We've just had fibre broadband installed. I can't praise Jack A. and Colin S. enough. They arrived punctually, after a 30 minute warning text. It was a very tidy installation, positioning of the hardware was ideal and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. It's a pleasure to recommend both Ogi and these 2 in particular.

We had an installation on friday 10th April.
We would like to thank the two engineers who called, Ashley Dean and Steff Henry. They were very professional, cleaned up after them and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They are both a credit to your company.

Renewing my package was easy and the lady who guided me through the process was kind and easy to understand

Installation was carried out without any problems.Ashley and Steff (techs) arrived on time both were polite professional and friendly. Job was explained in detail ie where holes would need to be drilled where connection boxes would be sited etc. Work areas were left clean.
I did experience a connection problem later that day (after techs. had left) I was using my own router.Customer support tried to help but unable to resolve so sending new router.However with a little research on internet I have reconfigured router to work on fibre cable, so all OK now.

Awful service, problems installing then when moving house tried to charge hundreds of pounds early exit. When checking postcode they couldn't provide service so begrudgingly let me exit. Then, didn't attempt to collect the router for over a month AFTER I'd moved out - Luckily I kept and new owner had package ready for collection - Never sent anyone to collect but hit me with a debt collection letter six months later for an outstanding balance. Don't answer emails, only care about selling the initial sign up - Do not touch with a bargepole. AVOID!

Have been wth Ogi for a year & they tried to contact me to discuss my renewal but I wasn’t able to take the call. I said I wanted to renew & asked them to call back.
They tried to call me but again I wasn’t available, I forgot to ring them back.
When my broadband was out of contract in February it went up double.
I rang them & told them I wanted to renew & queried the bill.
The agent said I’d be refunded.
Good to their word my next bill was adjusted.
I’m more than happy to stay with them. Firstly, they’re a Welsh company & you can speak to them easily.
Secondly, Ive never had any issues with my fibre broadband.
There may be better deals out there but not of them have given me the service or broadband reliability that I’ve had from Ogi!

Had issues with my Internet router. Managed to source a new one from a friend and with Dylans help we were back online relatively quickly.

First class young man solved the problem very quickly and professionally 👌

Great experience this morning after a quick call to discuss the renual price after my contract had ended. Megan quickly had me set up on a new contract with a discount for the duration of the new contract.

I have been with Ogi for a couple of years now. I have very few issues and when I do things get resolved quickly. No Internet connection from the early hours today, a call and a little bit of waiting and all sorted. Great service, thanks.

Spoke to Megan today, very happy with the outcome of my call to renew my contract.

I went with Ogi because it was the only full fibre provider at the time,had I known how useless the service and billing parts of the company are then I would have waited for another provider. They talk the talk but when things go wrong they are worse than useless. They are cheap for a reason. Take a day off work and lose pay then the engineer doesn't turn up..They send text to say put pets out of the way, but no engineer.!!! They say Oh we think we can fix it online when you call and complain.. It's not in our terms and conditions to compensate when OGI don't turn up and cost me a days pay but they will charge you £60 if you are not at home or there is no fault found. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs..
