Two seniors from USA on holiday in London. Looked forward to seeing Operation Mincemeat but needed a special assist with ticketing. Amy at London Theatre could not have been more helpful or professional. Due to her efforts we enjoyed excellent seating and had a wonderful experience.

The discounts are good, but the system not great. There isn't anyone to call if you are trying to book on the website, and I was trying to buy the last ticket in the theatre but it kept telling me I couldn't leave a single seat. I wanted to buy one ticket and it was the only seat available. This is a system error that is not acceptable if you wish to visit the theatre alone.

After making a mistake in booking I contacted official London theatre immediately and they were able to reply in a quick and helpful manner, with instructions on how to rectify the issue. Amy, was most helpful

We used Official London Theatre to book tickets to The Producers, which was a very easy and efficient process. However we were unable to get to London on the booked dates due to our son requiring surgery for a broken leg. I contacted the company to explain the situation and Chloe and Danielle were incredibly helpful; friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to move the tickets and the whole experience was an exemplar of excellent customer service. Amy from official London theatre, was really helpful and a godsend. She was really swift with the reply via email and even though I had bought a non refundable ticket, as a goodwill gesture she was happy to change my ticket as I had booked the wrong show time.
