I have to say I was very impressed by the speed at which the organization responded to my inquiry. Because it was an international charge, my bank did not process the order. I quickly contacted the site and they resolved my issue on the spot. Fast, courteous and extremely helpful.

I booked 2 tickets to see Les Miserable to take ky grandaughter who will have the book as her set literature for next term. The tickets were for the Grand Circle, but stupidly I didn't check accsessabilty (I have arthritus and when it dawned on me that they might not have a lift). There are 39 steep stairs to climb abd I panicked that I wouldn't be able to get to the seats and spent several sleepless night worrying, however, back on the website Amy answered my query gave me instructions and sorted out replacement seats in the Dress Circle with stepfree access. Now I can look forward once again.

I have booked wrong dates by mistake and , with only one day in London, I really needed to have the booking changed and also not to lose the money. I was surprised by how quickly my online request was responded to and I was offered the opportunity to buy new tickets and be reimbursed the original

I had a family emergency so couldn't attend the performance. I've sent an email to OLT and explained the situation. They replied within 24hours and exchanged my tickets so I could actualy go and see the show. I was so grateful.

By mistake I booked the wrong session (afternoon instead of evening). Amy was very helpful and efficient to sort out this mess of my own making.

I had tickets booked for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and needed to switch them from a Saturday afternoon date to a weekday date. You'd have thought this wouldn't have been an issue as the amount of seats still available for the weekday date is vast. However, the customer service staff were really unhelpful and blunt. This would put me off purchasing from the site in future.

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SITES! This is the official site for London Theatre tickets. not a private enterprise that will elevate prices. Bought tickets for Cabaret and Les Mis and had made a huge mistake with one set of them; I somehow accidentally booked for a date I wouldn’t even be in the UK. . Emailed them using the link and Danielle spent days working to get me a new set of tickets for the correct date and no cost to me. Best experience - customer service was above and beyond.

I booked tickets for The Mousetrap following marketing from Mastercard Priceless and paid the premium for “insurance”. Within days of the performance I underwent a medical procedure that, ultimately, left me unable to drive on the verbal advice given by the Dr on discharge. There was no reference to this on the hospital discharge note and, in addition to umpteen requests for documentation the so called insurers asked for a Dr letter to confirm. Cost of letter £40 and no guarantee that the “insurer” will pay out. I need to drive because the end of the show is too close to the time that my last train departs Victoria Station.

In short the insurance is not worth the paper it is written on, the attitude of all parties - Mastercard, Official Theatre and the insurer stinks.

DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS EXCUSE FOR COVER.

I accidentally booked the theatre on the wrong date. The team quickly arranged for my tickets to be swapped for the date I needed. No fuss - speedy service. Excellent

I booked a birthday treat to Kinky Boots.
After booking I realised I couldn't make the original date.
The box office staff ( in particular Amy) couldn't have been more helpful in organising another date and refunding original payment.

I had a problem in that I was using a Theatre Tokens card and purchased 2 tickets to see Oh Mary on February 14th. Later that day, I needed a 3rd but there wasn't a 3rd seat showing as available next to me. I asked if OLT could help me to get a 3rd ticked (limited options) so we were all together. Amy of OLT immediately came to the rescue, sorted it all out allowing me to get my 3rd ticket. Amy went above and beyond which was very noticeable as we live in a world where great customer service was seemingly lost to Covid. Great support Amy - thank you.
