I recently ordered a flat pack computer desk from Office Outlet on 14th October. The process started smoothly with an email acknowledgment, stating the delivery would be between 18th and 20th October. However, on the day of delivery, I received an SMS after the fact, and it was frustrating to find only Box 2 of 2 arrived. With no phone number for immediate contact, I resorted to emailing them about this oversight. This situation cost me some time and pay as I had to take half a day off. On the upside, I've had previous positive experiences with Office Outlet, including fast delivery and quality products like furniture and office supplies. Their site is easy to navigate, and discounts are a plus. Despite this hiccup, I’d consider using them again for their overall great service. Four stars for Office Outlet.

Ordered a flat pack computer desk on 14 Oct. email acknowledgment. Told arriving any day from 18 to 20 Oct. Got an SMS this morning saying package delivered 9.47 a.m. (this was after 11.00 a.m.). Am self employed but took half day off to come home and build desk. On cardboard box it clearly says Box 2 of 2 - their printed label says box 1 of 1!!!! Box clearly not tall enough to contain the desk top - I cannot even find a phone number to contact. Have had to email - absolutely fuming at the lack of a contact number to sort this out, AND lost half a day's pay through someone's incompetence. Nowhere does it say only sending half shipment and what damned use is 1 box out of 2 - should have sent 2 together. I lost more money that the flaming desk actually cost. NOT IMPRESSED AND WON'T BE COMING BACK TO YOU. THINKING OF CANCELLING THE PAYMENT AND TELLING YOU TO COME AND GET YOUR FLAMING BOX - WHICH YODEL BADLY DAMAGED DURING DELIVER.

Sent me a faulty grass trimmer and tried to charge me to fix it. Basically the product was dangerous with the main features not working.

Avoid! The chair i bought last year has now come apart from the back and the stitching and mesh has come away .Ive Contacted them and they said its physical damage. Its more like a manufacturing problem. They have refused to help. Just be aware when you purchase a chair from them.

Do not bother ordering anything from office outlet, they are garbage, I ordered an chair from them over a week ago, they still can't find my order but have taken my money, there is no way to complain and the only way to get hold of anyone is via their website online chat, still waiting for an answer to my query, avoid them like the plague

Order came quickly , undamaged and as described , real nice product and easy to assemble

I ordered what looked like a good product in early Jan. 4 weeks later, It have not got it. I have tried to follow up with them, had two vague emails. But still not got my product. It's impossible to talk to anyone, despite signposting on website saying 'talk to a human'.. which leads you up a cul de sac.

Quick and easy service chair arrived in good time and is excellent from the massage to the heat and the comfort of the chair itself

I purchased a chair from Officeoutlet.com
It arrived damaged and therefore we cannot assemble it.
It was only then that I realised they only offer email/Helpdesk support.
They take at least 4 days to respond and the response I had was "we will check with our team about replacing the part or other alternatives"
Over 10 days and counting and there has been no follow up and no urgency.
Meanwhile I'm sat with a huge box with a huge office chair that cannot be assembled, until Office Outlet come back to me and let.me know what they are prepared to do.
It's such a slow annoying process, I would never purchase through them again.
I have even provided my telephone number in one of my countless emails to them.
Yet they will not contact me to try to resolve the problem, instead I'm £150 down and lumbered with all the inconvenience.

Easy to order, easy website to navigate. Great price. Delivered on time. Comms good. What's not to like?

Ordered 'Vinsetto Massage Recliner Ergonomic Gaming Heated Home Office Padded Velvet-Feel Fabric & Swivel Base Office Chair - Grey' on a Sunday night and it turned up on the next Tuesday.
Can't fault the company in any way.

I came to Trustpilot and found a previous review stating how Office Outlet can just cancel your order without notifying you first - this is exactly what happened to me. Despite it being stated in their help section, it is frustrating to have to find out by a PayPal refund and not a cancellation email. Adding onto this, there was no confirmation email (which you should receive according to the help section) when I checked out my order, so I had no order number to track the order status either! Overall, not a great first experience. If Office Outlet had delivered, the deal would have been pretty amazing however.

Cancelled my order without getting in contact with me so that they could relist the item at a higher price. Only found out because I noticed the refund charge. Will reorder from somewhere else for the same price, seeing as this company don't follow their own terms and conditions.

Quite a selection of items to choose from. Straight forward to order and pay for the items. The order arrived in good time and packaged sufficiently to prevent damage to the items.

I will be using Office Outlet again.

This Company exists when it feels like it - it existed last November but came under a Staples Shop with a receipt labelled Office Outlet and an address at bottom which says it is SUK Retail Ltd even though online it says it was not registered under this name by Staples until January 2019 and this part of the company went into administration ??? what a load of rubbish - someone nedds to look into this - I now have an office chair which needs to be replaced and not one of these so called companies says it is their responsibility so if you do buy something from any of them i.e. OFFICE OUTLET - SUK RETAIL LIMITED t/a OFFICE OUTLET or STAPLES
DONT EXPECT TO GET A REPLACEMENT, A REFUND OR YOUR MONEY BACK IF IT IS FAULLTY
