Step stool delivered quickly but in dirty condition
I was pleased the stool arrived so quickly but dismayed at its dirty condition, covered with black marks which I am not sure I can remove . I am also disappointed thta despite several attempts to contact gopher, E-mails have just bee returned. I will not use this company again.

Thank you for your valued review. I'm sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as quickly as expected. I've checked your order and found that you order Friday morning, we would usually have expected you to have received this the following Monday. According to UPS you did not receive your order until Tuesday and it would appear that this delay was with UPS.
However if you would like to email us I will arrange for a discount code to be sent to you for next order as a gesture of goodwill.

Poor quality goods in inadequate packaging
I purchased two Aluminium display frames.
They arrived loosely packed in unsealed , lightweight cardboard boxes. Not surprisingly one was damaged.
The quality was poor and I am still trying to get the returns procedure so that I can return the goods and get a refund.

Perfect from start to finish
Never seen this site before but ordered something I hadn't been able to find anywhere else and am very impressed. Good communication from start to finish and super fast delivery. Prices look alot cheaper on here for other stuff I usually buy.

First class service!
Was very impressed how quickly I received my item, however I was slightly confused when I received an email the day after my item arrived letting me know the item was still in transit. Never mind. Overall a brilliant service.

I couldn't live without my neon yellow ear plugs!
I buy my ear plugs in bulk. My boyfiend snores and apparently I do so he uses them too! After much searching online for the best deal I happened across OfficeGopher whose price and delivery service were quick and efficient. I would happily recommend them without reservation. Thank you OfficeGopher!

Where's my order?
I placed an order for a year planner on 14th January. I used Office Gopher because Office World's web site said they were out of stock. Turns out that so is Office Gopher, they just don't admit to it until they have your money. There is no indication of when I will get the planner (how long is a "slight delay" exactly?), but hey, with any luck, it will be some time before 2014.
Who would have thought it, first month of the year and people are buying year planners. What a surprise. Maybe next year you will get an adequate stock in. Meanwhile I'm printing out calendars from Outlook month by month.

Officegopher do not respond to emails.
Sir,
I am happy with the delivery time, although UPS emailed me to say the parcel was on its way two days after it arrived.
I am also awaiting a response from Office Gopher to three (3) emails regarding faulty goods. Shall I send another one?
