Great company great service and great prices. If you use them open an account with them for even greater savings. They have a gentleman there who is I great help his name is Darnell and will move mountains to help you. Jackery is a great product and I would recommend you buy through THE OFFGRID STORE.

Excellent customer service. A company that really cares about it's customers. I highly recommend them for their "old school" customer service that most companies have lost.

Got a great price on more capable panels than I originally wanted, freight paid and no sales tax, even a first order discount. Freight company managed to break 4 of the 12 panels (!), Off Grid replaced them free and handled the claim. This, my friends, is called taking good care of the customer!

I typically you don't leave reviews like this but for my particular situation which was kind of sort ofan emergency and had issues charging my dpu via EV charger. Darnell stepped in and provided me with more support than eciflow could dream of providing. Not only was he trying to make sure I followed every step but was in contact with ecoflows customer service on my behalf. I've spent well into 6 figures for my build and out of every experience, this was by far the most wholesome and personal where I felt like they truly cared. I can't speak for everyone, but would be surprised to hear a review stating otherwise. Thanks again guys. G

I ordered a Solex expansion battery for my Solix 3800+ unit from Off Grid Stores based on having a good price and also claiming to be “unauthorized Solix dealer”. I ended up having to put a warranty claim in for the battery a year later. I’m happy to say that Ryan “Costumer relations”was able to help me out and get it replaced through Solix in a reasonable time, and without any issues.
Sometimes things just happen, and It’s nice to know that Off Grid has your back if it does
PS I still trust the Anker Solix F3800plus, expansion, batteries, and solar panels which I use at an off grid situation for a seasonal lake cabin. It really works well for my needs.

I purchased the Jackery 5000 Plus home back up system. Off Grid Stores had a great offer and price. The shipping delivery was prompt...mostly. One unit was lost or damaged in shipping and the tracking was showing it was stuck at the shipper's facility. When I reached out to customer service the replies were prompt, helpful, and personable. They communicated regularly with me and resolved the issue by quickly sending out another unit to me with hardly any delay. Big shout out to Darnell in customer service who took care of everything. This customer service is what puts a retailer over the top to 5 STARS for me. Every email from them is professional and even their email signature line has there picture...a very nice touch. I will continue to use Off Grid Store for my needs because of this great service.

Off grid had the absolute best price on a large solar build. Ryan, the lead customer service rep is nothing short of "Outstanding."
Although my massive EG4 battery wooden shipping crates had some damage, due to Old Dominion, Ryan assured me that they would make it right...you can't ask for better customer service than that. The batteries have been working perfectly for nearly 2 weeks and Ryan continues to reach out to ensure my satisfaction.
I give Off grid my highest endorsement and review. Due to best price and Ryan's world-class customer service, I will be a repeat customer.

i cant rate the equipment because i never received it . which happens my complaint was with the terrible customer service i received i got plenty of response but no helpful information at all except contact shipping agent FEDEX and because they used the cheapest shipping method there was no info only that it was delivered where i dont know but not to my address. you would think the off grid store rep.Ryan would help but i got nothing but generic answers

So this was my first time using this site. First of all the cheapest prices I could find. And after I purchased i saw they have it for a bit less and they updated my receipt right away! Amazing customer service post-sale. Ordered 10 panels and one arrived shattered (thanks FedEx), but offgridstores.com worked some magic and got me a replacement panel with very little effort from me. Very satisfied with my purchase and the post-sale service.

Great customer service. Quick replies, complete answers. Fast, smart shipping. Maximum weight of each box shipped was 100 lbs in a order that weighed just under 500 lbs. I plan on getting the rest of my system here once I am ready for the next phase of development.

I purchased an outdoor water proof breaker box for my set up. After approximately 9 months my set up was getting no power. Upon investigation I found the box had been leaking and the breaker had corrosion resulting in no function. I reach out to the company who responded promptly the same day. Within 1 week my replacement product was in route to me. Great handling of the situation at no cost for me.

Not only did offgrid have what i was looking for in solar products for my ClassB sprinter set up, but when my box arrived with damage, and subsequent damage to the panel, they were prompt with correspondence and replacement. You can buy from these guys with complete confidence. i had a really good experience with them.

The communication, customer service and professionalism was excellent. Ryan is the best!

Order a product and after 4 days of waiting for shipment confirmation I called and they said it was system error and my product would ship out the following day and they will follow up with email reply. Well three days later with no shipment update and no email follow up I had to call again and same answer the product will ship and tomorrow and we will follow up with email replay. Let see what happens this time.

I purchased a generator bundle with a 400w panel via their website. A few days later, they send me an email stating that they have a glitch in their system that applied the wrong coupon code to my order and gave me two options, cancel my order or pay the "difference" of the actual price of the bundle. Instead operating with integrity and accountability, and fixing the issue, they are canceling orders and doing a switch-a-roo on the pricing. More importantly, instead of calling me to apologize, the dude that called me with accusatory tone, suggested that I was the problem and that I had done something nefarious. The f'in nerve. You have been forewarned. You are better off buying directly from EcoFlow or from another vendor.
