Offgridselection Recenzje

Got back to me right away many times. Very helpful on ordering things hard to find on web site

Offgridselection is a great company to buy from and even better to deal with on solar questions

Great quality product. Fast shipping. Pleasure doing buisiness with them.

They answered all my questions, timely delivery.
I have friends who also want to purchase at the same price I did but can't find it . Please advise or send me the link of the same price as my generator and solar.
Thank you

The purchase and delivery went very smooth. Communication was excellent. I would definitely purchase from offgridselections again. Good vendor

Off Grid Selection was very responsive when an e-bike arrived damaged. I can highly recommend them as a company.

Ive never had this happen before, I had put a think tank toilet in my cart and was talking to a friend about the toilet because we each have off grid cabins and have been talking about replacing our sea head composting toilets we bought 6 years ago. A very nice woman called me, I’m not sure how she got my number but anyway she called and wanted to know if there was a reason why I didn’t purchase the Think Tank toilet. I told her I had some questions about replacement parts and was doing some research. She asked what questions I had, she told me she would get answers to my questions and call me bask Monday. She called me Monday afternoon and was able to get all my questions answered. I asked her if I were to purchase two was there a discount she gave me 5% off, free shipping and no sales tax. I save over $275 dollars. They arrived Friday and I can’t wait to get them installed. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They say what they mean and do what they say. Plus it come with 6 yr warranty.

Item shipped quickly and arrived within 5 days or placing the order via Fedex in good condition

We purchased our outdoor grill from OffGridSelection.com and couldn’t be happier. The buying process was very easy, and the grill arrived right on time. Excellent quality and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

I paid for a brand new with upgraded tires and you sent me one of your many discounted damaged bikes instead with no upgrades, also aniioko doesn't answer back or having a working customer service line they have a chat box and answer only if your buying as soon as you hit pay they stop responding and will send you anything they have regardless of the condition, this company needs to go belly up!!

UPDATE: Pure deflection. They claim they "worked diligently," but they ignored my messages for a month while sending a faulty FedEx return label that ran me in circles. More importantly, shipping damage doesn't explain why they shipped a completely wrong baseline bike instead of the upgraded model I paid for. They take your money, ship the wrong broken junk, and then blame the post office.

Price and speedy delivery

I would purchase from you guys again. The price was great. It came in one piece only had one issue. I have a blemish on my speedometer screen and I don’t know if it could be fixed or replace or how I should proceed on it to contact you guys or contact happy run

I want to say how great of an experience I encountered with Offgridselection. I was very surprised of the quickness of my delivery and how they really do provide great quality products.

The package arrived damaged. There were holes where parts were protruding thru the box. It looked like it had been thru a war. I was very, very, disappointed. I waited half a day only to see a damaged bike.
If it comes back that way again,I will ask for a refund of my money. Sorry for the bad review.
Thanks , Nino
I do want to add that off grid worked with me on my delivery issues and handled the situation professionally. I received a refund promptly, and would highly recommend them for any products they sponsor.
