High quality paint and beautiful finished product 😍
Order took about 2-3 weeks to arrive but that is no problem! It was completely worth the wait. The paint quality is outstanding and absolutely vibrant and beautiful ❤️ although the wrapping didn't fully protect my paintings and a couple had indents in the canvas from the travel/delivery it is completely unnoticeable once painted. So much better than sets I have purchased from other places and now this will be the only place I get my paint by numbers from 👍🏼😃💗 so happy!! (P.s I ordered 7 paintings 🩵🎨)

Most perfect Paint-By-Number sets I have purchased, anyplace! I buy a lot of different brands of these sets, and I was pleased with the time of arrival, and that I could easily track my shipment through customs all the way from China to my door. The paints are great, the canvases are gorgeous, I love the stunning bright colors, even the paint pots are larger, different, and special. I got 3 of the 16x20 inch (largest size) canvases without frame and with 48 colors of paint. The paints come with a very good postcard-sized color image of the outcome and a set of codes, then you can grab a Sharpie pen or the stickers they provide and number your pots to match the canvas. It was very simple. They even included with my shipment 3 complimentary sets of glitter-embedded acrylic handle paintbrushes, very special. For an imported product from a company I hadn't tried before, I was blown away by the quality, speed, and shipment tracking. Really lovely products. They included a card with a discount code for future orders, and emailed another discount code, so I will buying more.

High quality and very relaxing
The canvas and paints are both high quality. The coverage for the paints is way better than any others I have used before. The canvas is also smooth and easy to paint on. I’m not finished yet but my painting is turning out great so far! Definitely worth the money in my opinion. Delivery took 9 business days which I think they estimate 7-10 so that’s pretty on point. However, the tracking doesn’t help you cause it’s not a normal tracking like USPS or FedEx so it doesn’t update the same but it was a fun surprise to get it on my doorstep.

WOW! Amazing project. Amazing quality. I chose the 48 color paintings, and yes it's a fun challenge. Unfortunately in both paintings I miss 1 color. However it's managable. I'll just use leftover paint that matches the blank numbers :)

Excellent customer service
I bought a paint by numbers back in December 2025 for my sons birthday in April.
My own error I didn’t check the contents of the package I just wrapped it straight away and forgot about it.
Upon opening, the kit only contained the canvas and not the brushes, paints, reference chart. I contacted oenart to explain and hopefully buy the missing pieces as it’s been 4 months since I placed my order, they got back to me within 48 hours and have sent out the pieces free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Never received order. 7 emails later all they send me is tracking info... Like I can't already see that.
And out of 7 emails I still have no painting no refund and order was never resent.
