Been playing Odp for a while and it’s the best competition site ive played not just because of the prizes you can win but because of the community behind it❤️ all the admins never fail to help nothing is ever too much especially zeta. Zeta is an absolute gem🫶 Ive been lucky enough to win a few times which makes it a lot better but ive also been lucky enough to win free competitions and ive even been gifted money when going through some stuff! They always help others out with Odp wishes and it’s amazing too see so big up ODP

Absolutely disgusting this site and the way they treat people is even worse my partner won a £5000 instant win and after waiting a week to get her bank account opened she then requested the withdrawal only for them to refuse it because she doesn’t have photo id and completely refuse to accept birth certificate and council tax bill and her tenancy or bank statement which is perfectly acceptable for all over comp sites and online gambling sites and even banks accept them to open an account you can even get loans without photo id providing you have the things i just mentioned but yet this horrible disgusting site are refusing to pay out and blaming it on id so my partner has spent even more money ordering a citizen card to prove who she is JUST FOR THEM TO SAY THEY ONLY ACCEPT PASSPORT AND A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE so even after opening a bank and paying for her photo id it still isn’t good enough they are making things so complicated and making us suffer mentally because of this all because she won it for free - Dont put free comps on the site if you don’t want people to play them you scumbags how dare you sit there acting all high and mighty refusing to pay out this money all because of a bs excuse it doesn’t even say in the ts and cs of the site that you have to have photo id and I have screenshotted every single term and condition so they can’t just add it in after seeing this and now after refusing to pay out for weeks i am now taking this to the ukgc and I am getting a solicitor involved and I am going to make sure they suffer as much as they have made me and my partner and kids suffer they are disgusting pathetic examples of human beings with no morals or care about anybody else and the owner is too busy in Dubai to care about anything that is going on he just gives blunt horrible replies when you finally get a email back from him and if I could give this site minus 5 stars then I would they need shutting down …
Nothing you say is going to make this situation ok I am not interested in your bs you have caused so much stress and upset theres no going back from this she can prove in every way possible who she is and that she is over 18 every single detail will match the details on the account the only thing she can’t do is show photo jd because she doesn’t have any and that right there is a problem in itself you are forcing somebody to spend money on id waiting weeks and weeks when you can just accept the paper forms of id which is accepted by all betting sites and every high street bank and all competition sites you are just making this complicated because you can but what you wasn’t expecting was to come up against somebody like me you have made my partner upset and now you have to pay the price nobody upsets my family and gets away with it you can grant beggars wishes every single day but cant accept alternative forms of id that prove who she is ? You make me sick keep your bs replies they are not wanted ,

over the past few days since I made this review there has been multiple posts on instagram offering between £5-£25 for reviews so I can guarantee now that the reviews after I created mine are all fake and have been bought it is disgusting what they are trying to do to make this go away but I won’t allow it to happen this will only go away when they pay what they owe

Listen playing was fine, I do think it's the same players winning the big stuff over and over but that's another story. I'm complaining because they have made it near impossible for people to stop playing. I just want to delete my account. Their WhatsApp doesn't work, their Facebook messages isn't working and they have no other way on their site. They blocked me on Instagram or they've decided to delete their profile who knows. It feels like I'm at the lotus casino with no way out. I've been trying to leave since the 18th May 2026, my WhatsApp message was set to a timer and now that's gone, I asked again yesterday and now it's 1 tick so I'm very concerned as to why I can't delete my account when their privacy policy states you can delete any info at a request but you've made it impossible to request. I have screenshots of the WhatsApp message, the blocked Instagram and the error message I get when trying to contact you on fb

After 1 month of trying for their promotion where they give free money on Instagram and no luck I decided to play their games on their website. Gave them 50 quid of my money and won nothing which is ok and came back to Instagram to try again with the promo. Ive now been blocked. Very dodgy

ODP Competitions is a trustworthy competition website with genuinely fast withdrawals, which is one of the main reasons I’ve continued using it. I’ve personally won a few hundred pounds and have never had any issues receiving winnings. The website itself is also straightforward and easy to use.

However, the customer service side seriously lets the platform down. Emails often go unanswered and communication can be very poor when you actually need support or assistance with your account.

I also feel there is a real lack of responsible spending controls and account restriction options for vulnerable users. For a website involving paid competitions and repeated spending, stronger safeguards such as spending limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion tools, and quicker account restriction processes would make a huge difference.

Overall, the platform is legitimate and reliable when it comes to payouts, but customer support and responsible spending protections definitely need improving.

Initially thought this wasn’t real, I was waiting for my prize of £50 for 3 days. If you have similar issues - I would recommend reaching out directly through their website as email communications are much quicker. They have a HUGE back log of messages on social media. But Oliver was great help through emails and very quick at responding.

Absolutely disgraceful this competition site there is no responsible gambling feature.....I've emailed them 3 times to no avail.....i want to be locked out of this competition site same people winning all the time something not right grrrr

Disappointed with this site. The same people winning the bigger cash amounts and lives for months on end. (I know they may spend more, obviously they can their constantly winning!) Bit suspicious when one of the main winners has her own competition site. Also the admin on fb uses said winners competition site and has also won big. Are you all in cahoots with each other? Surely those big winners should be made aware of responsible play?!
