Hello Juliet, you sent us an email on a Sunday and we responded immediately on the same day. We explained the mistake by our atelier in the label and assured you of the natural fabrics we use in all our products. As we could not satisfy you, we accepted the return and refund of the item despite it being on sale.

I originally sent a 1 star as I hadn’t received my items but it did turn out to be my fault the package had been at my local post office over a week. The delivery was spot on time the items I’m extremely happy with all the service. Thank you ☺️

Imprimé et coupe sont conformes aux images, mais grande déception sur le tissu rêche et pas du tout agréable à porter, même après plusieurs lavages.

Nous sommes désolées d’apprendre que le tissu ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Ce dernier pourtant est certifié organique et est un mélange de coton et lin sur lequel nous avons appliqué une finition soft air pour casser les fibres du lin et le rendre plus doux. Bien cordialement ODILE
