Disgusting and dodgy
I cannot write a review on their site for some reason. But I purchased 3 of their fragrances - Crème santal, hotel jasmine and vanilla vanilla. Firstly, crème santal smells disgusting. Like nausea inducing cat wee. I cannot stand it. Hotel Jasmine is a cheap, average dupe of baccarat rouge 540. It’s okay. Vanilla vanilla is possibly the only star here. But it does smell like a cheap version of kayali vanilla without the depth. Considering they are $90 each, I did find this somewhat disappointing. I reached out to the customer service team and requested a return and refund. They granted it but they do not offer return labels. Which means I will be out of pocket around $50 returning these three, average fragrances. I will not repurchase. Don’t be curious like me and make the mistake of ordering. I also know they delete their negative reviews online as I did read one about crème santal that said it smelled awful, suddenly had disappeared. Very dodgy indeed.

Sorry you're having issues writing a review on our site and you're so disappointed with our products. Fragrance is super subjective, and with three completely different categories of scents I can see why you could hate the Crème Santal if you're a Vanilla Vanilla girl. Personally it's my favourite, so it's each to their own.
We create all of our scents independently with none being dupes and pride ourselves with the time and effort we go into curating these scents so it's super disheartening to read your above review and to see the level of anger and disappointment you have toward our brand.
Yes, we don't offer return labels however you did receive free shipping, a 40% discount and the 3 scents you're returning, that you have used, cannot be resold so we also wear that additional cost. Looking at your order, I can see you're only one state and from us, so your return should cost no more than $15. If this is the case, please reach out with a photo of your receipt and we'll refund you for this also as the last thing we want is to make someone feel so much hatred toward our brand.
In regards to the reviews, we definitely don't delete them so I'm not sure what has happened here! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and some people will love some of our products, others not so much so if they feel the need to share it with the world they're most welcome to comment on our posts.
