Claire Dunning has been absolutely fantastic with a deal I have recently completed, always on hand to help, proactive and approachable- An credit to Octopus. Always my number 1 lender to go to.

Jess & Jordan have been invaluable in seeing through a mortgage for an otherwise impossible situation. It was never going to be easy but they were always on hand to help, explain & keep the process moving.

I've been working with Jordan and Jessica over the past year in which we have completed many cases. On each application they have provided quality, timely and professional service throughout. During times of slightly pressured moments, Jordan and Jess acted efficiently and effectively for the applications to continue without much delay. It has been a real pleasure in working with Octopus and will continue to do so.

I dealt With Samantha Webster initially, who supplied figures and qualified the case scenario, very efficient, I then dealt with Oliver Poter at preliminary application stage, Oli was on hand to answer questions and guide me through the process. Once the application was submitted, I dealt with Paul Mann the credit Manager, who worked incredibly hard, replying to all my emails swiftly, Paul worked relentlessly chasing solicitors, checking data / documents, without his contribution, the client would have failed to make deadline, and lost the onward purchase.

I placed a foreign national buy to let purchase with Octopus and was expecting it to be a bit of a difficult case. I was wrong! Both Fay Potts (credit manager) and Michael Mather (BDM) made the process as easy as possible.
