Please do not use this site, you can deposit as much as you like and lose, as soon as you try to withdraw they will ask you for KYC. I submitted and now they have closed my account. The customer support is terrible. I deposited £422 and tried to withdraw £1700. I will never see that money again.

This is the worst online bookmaker going, they do not pay your money back if you want to make a withdrawal. Please do not use this site, the customer support is non existent.

I decided to give this casino a go today although after reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive. I need not have worried. I requested a withdrawal and a few hours later I received a request for documents to prove my identity. I sent them in and my withdrawal was my account less than half an hour later. I don’t understand why so many people have written bad reviews. I had no issues with them and I ll use them again.

Such a shame as you have a great site, but if you think I'm sending you the amount of private info you are requesting, you must think I'm an idiot. Scam site sadly.

Avoid company! I won £400 of which they approved without any issues, I continued to play and deposit and eventually won another £600, this time they refused to pay out saying they needed documents.

The justified the reason for needing these and I happily supplied the documents, they then came back asking for more of which i then supplied this, however since this point they have refused to have any contact with me via email, they are not responding to my complaint and they also haven't processed my withdrawal.

I have now self excluded with them as i ain't interested in being associated with a company that feels its acceptable to break the rules set by the UKGC.

I do also intend to take this further!

the UK government and the Gambling commission could care less if the games are controlled they should be ashamed to issue licences out like sweeties its all corrupt stop issuing licences for these scam traders.

I have had a good run this evening and attempted to withdraw my winnings. I’m disappointed that I have been asked to verify things only when I attempted to withdraw. No documents were requested from me before this, my account says age verified and nothing specific is asked for. Then when I tried to withdraw I received an email. I’m now wondering why this wasn’t sent before I was allowed to deposit numerous times! I have done my best to send what I’ve been asked to. I hope this will be sorted quickly and my winnings paid without further hassle. I would have given a 5 star review, but for this. Bets were taken without a problem and winners were paid quickly. I was impressed! I will update my review to 4 stars when I receive payment, but even it is immediate, I don’t think it’s right to only request documents for a withdrawal! I spent more than 500 pounds, with prizes included in this game (Madame Destiny) I went to the game (3 balls) more than ten times and as everyone knows it can give between 5 free games up to 12 and can multiply from 2 to times 3 to times 5 to times 10, 15, 20, and 25, but the RANDOM or the PAYOUTS were against me, this is because it never went over times 5., my conclusion is that this is all done, they gave me payment up to 50 pounds and it didn't go beyond that. It was paid within 24 hours, and have made further withdrawals without issue

Absolutely trrrible company they offer a free welcome bet and when you have met the terms and conditions it doesn’t appear and when you get hold of the awful customer service which can only be done by email they tell you that your ip address has been recognised that you have had account before which is a total and utter lie. And I have made two withdrawals and both times they only get sent back after hours of waiting when you email them and they do not apologise an absolute disgrace and no customer service whatsoever so do not join go anywhere else it will be an improvement.
