Hi; :o) I ordered 3 separate orders for a product that is supposed to come with a special collectors card included. Only one order had a collector card, so I contacted them on their chat, and after 15 minutes waiting, they come back to say that their ad does not specify the card is included! ( although the orders I placed two weeks ago all came with the card! they told me to contact the supplier! :o( I told them to get employees that dont "pilfer!" Also!..I ALWAYS get the lowest THC content no matter what I order too! so to H*** with them! I'll shop where they are honest!

After writing decent reviews about this retailer I am forced to unfortunately look elsewhere for product. In one order I did not receive 2 products and reached out to the company to inquire. 2 stars because (no names but I do have e-mail trail) I first got someone on the phone quickly and that the order was put under investigation. “We are contacting you to inform you that an investigation regarding your order # 347XXXX has been opened”. A camera would catch any desecrates at their end. If they do have camera footage of the packing I would be interested in seeing it. I waited a few days and recontacted via e-mail in which I was sent an e-mail from the company Disappointing to say the least, this...

I am not a two bit petty thief and am not interested in re-leaving this company of profit by claiming actus reus on their part and demanding free product. I am a proud honest & ethical military veteran of 20 years who also pays for this product without the help of any organizations assistance. I use these products to achieve a decent nights sleep over pharma products. To add to this I received an eatable product that had 1/2 content MIA after a second chance purchase. I will not be perusing that as the first encounter was fruitless. In my initial review I stated “as long as this company continues with the service I am receiving they will have a dedicated customer”. This is my experience and I hold no one person accountable nor do I wish to castigate.

This site is a pure scam dont bother ordering from them cause you ain't gonna get anything fro the I recommend (worldcannabis.shop) they're the absolute best

Don't buy any flower from OCS.
Extremely dry to the point where it crumbles into powder when pinched between your fingers. Also expect to recieved under weight amounts.
Customer service is useless even when speaking with mangers.
So save your money and find other avenues to get your pot

Never received my order.
I was at home but the deliver Guy said I wasn't answering..
Track said it was sent back to them but still no refund...

You have to wait for them all day with your ID , I ordered twice and both time they delivered it 15 mins to 11 W F T
I have to get up and go pay taxes 5 in the morning.

Do not buy from the O.C.S.Ever!!(no offence to any employee personally here...as it is their process which is useless in terms of selling fresh product...they are more or less just guessing!!) Avoid this source at all costs!! it's unreliable and so useless ...)After many times receiving dried totally stale cannabis) This time was sold 3 strains of completely stale horrific cannabis at a very high price, when requesting a refund they put me through a idiotic process ... and after 30 days of time wasting and babbling call after call that I made ..they asked for more photos!! Honestly worst experience of my whole time buying weed very last minute they expect you to be home with ID ready, Also there delivery service isn’t even a delivery service it’s a sketchy driver don’t order from here

Don't order here!!! If they can't find the address and it's a 5-day delivery you will NOT receive your order! I was told my order would be scheduled for re-delivery and they lied to me, it was never redelivered or even attempted to be redelivered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

All i wanted to do was ask about my order of a product. i emailed and got a response five days later saying to contact them. i tried the live chat i have screen shots. it was over an hour and then got disconnected. i called 40 mins and still no answer. this is a government site yet they treat customers like this. i would put photos of the screenshots but won't let. worst customer service ever

Hello guys you told me you have the best top grade buds but what i received was not good at all just wasted money. As compared to what i ordered from (bigweedbrothers.com) this guys have the best quality top shelf grade buds and super fast reliable in delivery.

It really doesn't surprise me that they have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting on a refund for a defective product - it's nearly impossible to get a response on their chat service. I've waited for nearly an hour multiple times with no success. Sooo frustrating. And they expect people to use OCS over other online services? What a joke.

Products are defective, literally no customer service. Can't get a hold of anyone via phone email or chat.

My packages always arrive late and using Domain logistics to deliver is a total nightmare. Their tracking is so unclear, ocs support doesn't give a f*** about helping track packages down. I'm so frustrated right now.

Every order i have made has come on time. Free shipping is awesome and comes the next day in southern Ontario. Sure some products are dry and are weighing .1-.2 under but what can you expect when company's package it months prior to sale, it will obviously dry out. Ive never had any issues with OCS directly. People who are complaining should take it up with the producers. Ocs is just a middle man selling the product.

92 dollars for 7 grams came in nice packaging.
