Product looks very nice but battery and lack of possible replacement makes is poor
Product looks very nice and delivery was fine but sadly the battery stopped working after two months , I contacted customer support but they declined to send a replacement urging me to send the bottle across the world to Canada , as I am from UAE makes no sense to do it , even I was asking to send replacement battery but they refused so in general I was happy for two months but for this price product shall be good for 2-3 years imo . Battery has been very weak from start lasts for 3-4 sessions maybe which is rather not good

Ocemida: A Customer's Nightmare Experience

**They are falsely claiming reviews are inaccurate in their Trustpilot replies, and since I cannot attach evidence there, I am providing the proof on their facebook page (in pictures and videos). By labeling negative feedback as false, inaccurate, or exaggerated, they aim to manage their company image and deflect blame onto the reviewing customer, hoping future customers will believe their side and buy their products.**
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Deceptive Practices: Canceled initial order without consent or communication. Only responded after a negative review to manage public image.
Subpar Product: Defective battery with significantly shorter life than advertised. Bottle emits a strong, concerning plastic smell/taste despite proper cleaning.
Product Quality Issues: Battery malfunctioned after short use. Replacement battery also underperformed. Bottle developed cracks.
Abysmal Customer Service: Ghosting, blaming customer for their errors (return label missing unit #), rude and condescending communication, refusal to escalate issues.
False Promises: Promised refund not initially honored without customer intervention and return shipping at customer's expense.
Misleading Contact Information: Phone number on website is non-functional; only text support available.
Manipulative Review Management: Actively tries to remove/manage negative reviews.
In short: Inferior product, dishonest company, and terrible customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering. Spent near $300 and they cancelled my order without my consent, after simply asking them to show some initiate as a company and arrange alternative shipping for the their Canadian customer (due to postal strike) which they weren't even aware was happening! Most other companies are shipping via UPS and FEDEX! This company shows no initiative or forethought to make alternative arrangements and doesn't even ask how you'd like to proceed with your order. They have lost a customer. Going with another company!

I just received my bottle and if you can believe this it cost nearly $250.00 CDN. and the bottle is made out of cheap plastic! One would think the Company would provide their product in a glass bottle since the reason you buy this is because your interested in your health.

The actual cost is $219 CAD, which reflects the quality of the materials used.
Regarding the bottle, it's made from Tritan because the device operates under pressure, and glass is not suitable for this application. Tritan is FDA-approved, BPA-free, and used for baby bottles. However, if you prefer to avoid plastics, you can always transfer the hydrogenated water into a glass bottle after processing.
While transferring to glass would eliminate any concern about potential microplastics or chemicals leaching into the water, there is no evidence that this occurs with Tritan. For your peace of mind, please refer to our SDS Laboratory analysis in the product description as proof of its safety.
Additionally, you have 30 days to return the product. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us or initiate a self-return through your Ocemida account.
customer service is way beyond what I've come to expect from online
Product has been great but today I had a snafu and the device stopped working. contacted John via the online customer service chat and he helped debug the issue and got me rolling again within 15 minutes. Extreme attention to customer service. Thanks John. Thanks Ocemida.
