Fantastic experience
We absolutely loved our experience with Ocean Camper! The campervan was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped. The team was super friendly and helpful. They made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely rent from them again!

Camper checked On return( before you leave it )
On returning the campervan make sure you allow time to get the camper checked by the staff you return it too . So you don’t get charged for unbelievable cleaning charges . 4 hours for cleaning the camper £43-63. They said I left it dirty , I disput that .I mainly only slept in the van . Eat out most days or ate with my friends . Other than the bed there was very little living space. Had a pot potty & yes was unable to empty after1 night use , but the charge of another 4 hours £43-63 cleaning no way . I have a motorhome at home & know how long cleaning take & even a deep clean would not take all these hours . Very disappointed with Ocean campers Faro . So take time to get the camper checked before you leave it on the day of return. Won’t use them again

We are truly sorry that you felt disappointed with your experience. Please note that we always treated you with full respect and patience, dedicating to you all the time you needed during both check-in and check-out to explain everything carefully and ensure you felt comfortable with the camper, as well as to clarify the extra €50 fee for the chemical toilet, which was returned with full tank of black water, which we advice during the check-in and as well is written on the chemical WC.
The other extra €50 cleaning fee was related to the fact that the vehicle was returned with a strong unpleasant smell, and we found plenty of brown stains on the floor and on the wooden box of unsanitary material, which required several rounds of deep cleaning and full disinfection. We are very used to cleaning normal traces of use such as sand, dust, soil or food, which are easy to remove, but this situation went far beyond that.
Our standard is that every camper must be perfectly clean and fresh — just like new — for the next customer, so our team had to put in significant effort to restore it to that level. The additional cleaning fee was therefore not 100% linked to the number of hours spent, but to the condition in which the camper was returned and the extra sanitation measures needed to ensure safety and hygiene for the next guest.
We regret that this situation led to a misunderstanding, but we always act with fairness and professionalism to maintain our high standards.
