Very prompt shipping and well packaged. Price was decent. I prefer other forms of payment methods received though. The cigarette case was little less to my expectations however.

Hello Jennifer,
We appreciate that you took the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your purchase, but the item that you bought states in the title that it is a 'Mini Pocket Ashtray Keychain'. We do not sell lighters in our store.

Both items we ordered seem like they were attached with glue and on one the flip top came right off and they have no closing clasps at all. But not impressed with 2 broken cases.

Hello Jennifer,
We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your purchase from us and you are welcome to return the items for a refund. However, the product description clearly stated that these cases have an easy open top but do not lock. We thank you for your review even though we wish you would have reached out to us to give us the opportunity to assist you before this posting. Kindest regards

Hello Sarah,
After checking your order details we see that you purchased an item that had color variations. If you check your order details, your order was placed for Style 695C which was the purple and white case. The leopard print was not an available option as it was sold out. We thank you for your review but we wish that you would have contacted us so that we could have assisted you with this before your posting of this review.
Kindest regards

Hello Garry,
Your order was shipped on 9-10-21 and is unfortunately experiencing a delay in the USPS system, which can happen sometimes. We do apologize for this but it is out of our control at this time. We will continue to monitor the status and hope that your item will arrive soon. Your order information was updated on our site with tracking details when your order shipped. You were also emailed the tracking number in an order update email, as your invitation to rate your shopping experience was associated with that email. We thank you for your review even though we wish you would have reached out to us to give us the opportunity to assist you before this posting. Kindest regards
Quick delivery, cheap products.
Delivery came in and I was super excited for my rfid protective wallet... I had it 1 day and had about 6 cards and 1 folded bill in (it was not over filled). I pulled out a card, used it, went to put it back and the thing broke in 2 places. It broke in the back where it swivels when opened and the tab that holds it closed until you press the release button broke completely off. Impossible to fix even if I wanted to try. I lost a credit card somewhere and had to report it lost. Over all.. lousy experience.
