The laser is so bright, even in daylight! I had no problem seeing the line across my entire wall.

Every time I set the laser level down, I had to wait a few seconds for it to level, which was a little inconvenient.

The controls weren't super obvious at first, but after reading the manual, I got comfortable using all the features.

I concur with the one star reviews. This company is impossible to deal with about 10 emails back-and-forth. No return details. It’s a cheap copy and will not stand site Use tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing it for it to be refused at present I’m standing at an offer of 3% refund which I have refused. I ordered the level because it came top on a review site. I think the company probably own the review site. Please do not do business with them. It will not end well.

I can complete a task in 20 minutes with this laser level that would've taken me over an hour using a bubble level. It was worth every penny!

I regret not reading reviews before my purchase. I ordered a level and tripod, just as I placed the order the job that I was needing it got cancelled. No longer than 7 minutes later I tried to cancel the order as I could not justify the money spent on these items. I contacted the customer support via email as there is no canel order option or phone number to call. Put it this way, the customer service is a joke. I got an email from "lilly" stating that the order has already been shipped out and I cannot cancel and would need to send the item back. Evri also has shocking customer service so I could not deny the order before it reached my address but that's another issue all together. The laser and tripod I received look and feel very low quality and I know just by looking at them that they will not last on any building sites etc. The auto level just rattles about and does not feel like it will stand up to an serious use. I have read that the whole return process is almost impossible and I don't want to even try and go through the headache of a possible return to lose the level via shipping or in the warehouse of ocanvas and also the £150 spent on these. Learn from my mistake and avoid at all costs, there's better options out there for the same price or if not cheaper.

Avoid the scammer, it’s poor quality and not last a minute, product faulty.
I contacted the seller asked for refund or replace. they didn’t not bother.

I was looking for a new laser level so I went through a product review site which said that Ocanvas was their choice for “Best buy” so I went through to their website via the link and saw that there was a £50 saving, along with a timer counting down the hours, minutes and seconds until the end of the offer (the timer just resets and the offer has always been on every time I’ve checked!)
Anyway, unfortunately their weren’t any reviews to be able to read about the website or product as it seems to be relatively new according to the copyright stamp at the bottom of the page, 2025.
So on the 18th March I gave it a go and purchased their 4D 16 lines laser level for the sale price of £129.
It arrived on the 29th March and upon opening the package and inspecting the product it felt like a cheaply manufactured Chinese imitation of a more reputable brand.
So I immediately emailed the company to ask them how I go about returning the product for a refund. Their response was swift, apologetic and stated that “there may of been some misunderstanding” and asked for a reason for the return request.
I replied to say that it felt cheaply made and I wasn’t confident that it would withstand the test of time and working conditions. Again asking how to return it.

Again swift reply, “it’s a pleasure to serve you” “Please rest assured that our machines are inspected, quality verified and have a one-year warranty.
If you have any other questions or needs, please feel free to contact us. Thank you again for your support and trust.”

A couple more emails back and forth asking for a refund and to return the product along with photos to prove that it has not been used, merely opened to inspect upon arrival.

Then this reply;
“Hello,
There is nothing wrong with our products.
I need to explain that returns are a hassle.
Please note:
1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.
Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer .

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.
In this case, how about we refund you 3% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.

Funnily enough my friends and family don’t want the laser level either!!
By the way, A 3% refund is £3.87, to save the maths!

Not happy with this response I politely declined the offer and expressed my disappointment at their service.

Subsequent emails back and forth again and the offer of 3% turned to 5%, 8%, 10%, 11% and just this morning (8th April) 12%! But still despite my request for the details to return the product to China, they still haven’t provided me with any!

AVOID AVOID AVOID…although it says on their website that they’ve sold 3896 and there are only 5 left in stock! So it might be too late for those people!

Long and short of it, it’s a cheaply made laser level and if that’s what you want and you are happy with that then crack on for £129, not sure what you do about it after a years time if you’ve got problems and the warranty has run out?!

If you value £129 then I’d avoid this one and put that money towards a reputable brand where you’ll have the proper customer support service.

…update as of 9th April, the offer is now 16% but despite numerous requests for a return address in China they still won’t provide me with one!! I’m starting to think they don’t even know where it comes from! 😡

Update…10th April…still no return address provided! 21% refund offered and I’m done wasting my time trying to deal with these charlatans! I’ve accepted the offer and learnt a lesson. AVOID!
