My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I jumped in and bought the wrong device for my Range Rover, no question my fault; not researching the Autel MD806's suitability for the YOM. Contacted support and Sophia replied offering a solution to exchange, upgrade to the MX808S, okay so a much more expensive unit but the premium price didn't deter since this would cover all my cars. Have used the MX808S since and what a great unit. Good product and great support for the team, can highly recommend..

Checked them out as a genuine online Autel reseller. Brand new, registered product with Autel and quick delivery.

I purchased a tool and realised I should have bought a more advanced version. The communication was great in helping me return the unit and send out the upgrade. I also had a question regarding the two year free software upgrade which was answered quickly too. When the tool is activated it only shows one year. You then have to wait three days for it to upgrade to the two years which I didn't know.

I ONLY BOUGHT A NEW AUTEL MX808S IN APRIL 2024 WHICH IS NEARLY IDENTICAL TO THE MK808 AS I BOUGHT THAT ONE IN JANUARY 2021 - I ONLY USED IT ABOUT 50 TIMES AT MOST WORKING ON MY OWN CAR AND FAMILY MEMBERS - EACH TIME I TURNED IT ON IT WOULD HAVE ONE OR TWO BLACK LINES APPEAR ON THE SCREEN - WHEN IT CAME TO UPDATING IT LAST YEAR 2023 - IT COST ME £129 FROM A WEBSITE IN AMERICA AS I WAS TOLD THAT THE MK808 IS FOR USE IN CHINA AND NORTH AMERICA ** NOT THE UK MARKET ** IN FEBUARY 2024 I WENTTO UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION ONLY TO WATCH THE SCREEN GO BLACK BEFORE MY OWN EYES (FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE SCREEN ENDING UP IN THE CENTRE OF THE SCREEN) THE CONDITION OF MY UNIT IS STILL LIKE BRAND NEW AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN PACKED AWAY IN ITS CASE AND HAS NOT BEEN DROPPED OR USED AND ABUSED. I HAVE FAILED TO GET ANYWHERE WITH AUTEL ABOUT GETTING ANY HELP TO FIX THIS AND KEEP GETTING PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST.
I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD SEND IT BACK TO CHINA FOR THEM TO REPAIR IT BUT WAS TOLD NOT TO PUT THAT IT WAS A "BROKEN ELECTRONIC DEVICE" AS IT WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN TO CHINA DUE TO THEIR STRICT REGULATIONS.
THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD AS I PREVIOUSLY USED ONE AT MY LAST GARAGE - HENCE THE REASON WHY I BOUGHT ONE MYSELF, BUT THEIR AFTER MARKET SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. ALSO OF NOTE IS - JUST TRY LOOKING FOR NEGITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT AUTEL PRODUCTS AND FOR SOME REASON - THERE WONT BE ANY!!!

Ordered a Maxi 808s Car Scanner. It arrived in a few days. Quality product.

OK, so I read a few of these reviews after I'd ordered my scanner from OBDPRICE and was getting worried - it was over 2K. So with fingers crossed I waited. I need not have worried. The order was shipped from the UK by Yodel within a couple of hours of me ordering it online. It arrived perfectly packed and with everything I'd ordered. I booted it up and registered it with Autel, but it said I only had 1 years of updates, and it should of come with 2 years updates. I contacted support at OBDPRICE via email and was told this was an Autel offer and they normally take 3 working days to add the extra year, but if it was not there by 4 days to get back to them. Sure enough Autel added the extra year 3 days later. The scanner is great and I can't fault OBDPRICE on their price, delivery or customer service.

Bought a Autel AL619 from this company only to find out that it doesn't work with some vehicles,mine being one of them. Checked their shop listing for the item and it doesn't state anywhere about not working with some vehicles. No UK phone number or support,all based in China. Still waiting on how to get a refund and where to return the item after 4 days.
Pay the extra for original UK based product and avoid the headache..

my experience with OBD Price is a complete trainwreck. I ordered something from them on October last year, and it's been nothing but headaches.

The product was not working after only two months of usage ! Contacting their customer service is like talking to a brick wall – slow responses and empty promises. They used to reply me 3 weeks after i send them an email.

They told me to send the junk back, which I did on this summer. But after that? Radio silence. Their so-called "warranty" is just a trick – they're stalling 'til it's over ! SUCH A SCAM OMG.

I'm feeling majorly scammed, seriously ticked off, and my small business is feeling the burn. Bottom line: avoid OBD Price like the plague. NO ONE DESERVES THIS!

No refund for the scanner. they give you an address somewhere in France to return but the address is wrong. After weeks of delay, there is no longer any possibility to get your money back.

If you are in the UK think very hard before you buy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Very nice slick website that makes you believe they are in the UK and stock would be sent from the UK 3-5 days. This is not the case. The items come from Hong Kong and take on average 14 Days from ordering if you are lucky.

I ordered a TPMS kit and received the valves separately and the scanner separately all should have been in one box. Emailed photos to complain and was told to send the unit back to Germany?

Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund.

It is all very well ordering from china if all goes well but you do not have any comeback if it does not.

I will pay a bit more in the future from a UK company where you will get things fixed if it goes wrong.

Very poor service from this company.
