We acquired a diagnostic tool to be used on BMW diagnostics systems, bought from the internet some three years ago. We never did get it going properly. When we contacted the vendor just recently they were not interested in helping us due to the time that had elapsed. However we were offered help for an additional fee. Boy we were seriously ripped off.
I have been in possession of a generic diagnostic tool from OBD services for some five or more years and in that time I have received help reinstalling the tool without question.

Bought a VVDI Prog wich came with defect, talk'd to support and they tried to help me, unfortunately that was a tool fault.
In around a week, i send over my VVDI and they get a new working one.

Bough few tools from them . They take 1-2 weeks to turn up but apart from that cannot complain . Service is very helpfully. Even when 1 device I bought was not working properly they give advice what to try and cus that didn’t help they quickly replace device for new what works perfect
