I ❤️ love my new dakota coffee table. Thank you. The lady on the phone ,a couple of days ago.who I rang for advice. Was very nice and helpful. The 2 delivery men were great. Carried it to my 1st floor flat,I said I would help. No his mate at the van will. Then unboxed it for me and let me have a look. From brum. Told me... sound . I love my table.

Lovely nest of tables
The glass nest of tables we ordered were delivered promptly and arrived in good condition. They are very solid and nicely heavy and we are very pleased with them. Especially liked the delivery service, the tables were brought into the house, unboxed and checked by the two man delivery team, makes a nice change from having something left on the doorstep!

I purchased 6 dining chairs from this company through Amazon. Speedy delivery. However one of the chairs had a slight imperfection and another a very slight tear in the leather.
Customer service was excellent special thanks to Helen Barrett.
Both chairs returned and replaced within a couple of days.

Just one chair
I was looking for a chair for my study which wasn’t on wheels and didn’t look like a office chair and this was the only company I could find who offered a good quality single chair rather than a pair.
It is a perfect fit for my study, comfortable and attractive. It arrived within days, was well packaged and delivered safely on a very wet day.

Great item - perfect for what we wanted
Great item - perfect for what we needed, reasonable cost and well made - as described with a very quick turnaround from order to despatch - unfortunately the delivery company DX are, well useless really, had to spend an hour and a half on the phone and ended up going to their depot fifteen miles away to pick it up myself. (It was just easier). So be prepared for a bit of a wait or drive.

Very good quality furniture and quick delivery, however disappointed that packaging and pallet could not be taken away, so have had to pay to have it disposed of.

We would normally use palletised delivery service for larger items who do use wooded pallets. These are widely recycled and reused making them some of the most environmentally friendly packaging available to us.
