These arrived quickly and were as described. We did have an issue with one chair, but this was replaced quickly thanks to Liz in customer services. Comfortable as well as looking fabulous, hopefully they will last many years. Highly recommend - excellent customer services.

Crystal console table
Ordered late afternoon onnline ,received confirmation email and the delivery process was put in place. Kept updated all of the way and had goods by the friday morning. Absolutely over the moon with the console table!
Whole order process was fast and efficient.

Oregon 110cm Round Solid Oak Dining Table
Wonderful table - solid and very well made, couldn't tell from the description how it would be delivered but the legs are ready assembled and the top seperate - so just 3 screws to secure the top to the legs. No specific delivery date booking available but spoke to customer services and was able to agree a 2 day window for delivery, was delivered on the second of those dates. Pallet delivery to the front door but the driver took the pallet away which was so helpful. Boxes are large but once opened the legs were easy to carry and we just rolled the table top down the corridor to our flat.

The table has a lot of red tones whereas the chairs haven’t got any, looks like a total miss match probably cheep American oak, would never spend nearly £1000 without personally looking at any furniture in the future

The team were great and very helpful and the order was delivered in a few days. It is expensive but it's worth the cost if you had a big order like ours and it all came preassembled.

Fantastic Customer Service
We purchased an 8 seater rattan garden furniture back in 2020 and can I say it still looks brand new even though we no longer have the covers to protect it. We were missing one of the back cushions and due to the time we purchased and Covid we never got to use the furniture. I called them the following year and a member of staff came out to my address with a replacement cushion after they had finished work. Now 5 years on we are in need of replacement clips that hold the furniture together. I emailed them to enquire how I go about buying new ones and straight away I got a reply saying they were replacing them free of charge and no delivery cost. What can I say but FANTASTIC and PRICELESS customer service. They go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Such quality items at very reasonable prices. Very prompt service every time.

we ordered them online. we was a bit skeptical about it they looked really good in the photos but we ordered them anyway. the delivery was quick and packed very well. when we opened them we was very pleased with them and they are made really well. i would highly recommend and they look fabulous.
