I paid $98.97 for 3 beach towels and received 3 hand towels.the shipping cost an extra $80 which for 3 beach towels was I thought slightly high but for 3 hand towels is just theft.
They showed a photo of a person holding a huge beach towel as what you should expect to receive….the product is so far from what was promised!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I will try to get compensation.

Purchased items in October and am still waiting in Mid November. After various emails to and fro with them and the courier company, no one can give me a definitive reply. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I will be receiving my goods, so have started the process to get reimbursed. It’s very upsetting and disappointing.

After ordering and reading these reviews I was a bit concerned but my experience is definitely at odds with the reviews. Other than the shipping delays (which by the way are happening with even some of the bigger suppliers) the product arrived as expected and met all my expectations.

Ordered personalised beach towels for my grandchildren but received hand towels instead. So disappointed.

So disappointed with my order hand towels arrived instead of beach towels so I paid 69 for two small hand towels ripped off this has to be an error surely

I wish I would have read the reviews. Took 30 days for my order. Then they sent the wrong night light with the wrong name. Asked for a photo as if I was not being truthful so I sent the photo along with the order slip inside that clearly had the correct name on it. I’m still waiting. The last email from them stated be patient. How about you give me $50 and wait for your item until god knows when. Put yourself in your customer shoes and wallets then tell me to be patient. Horrible horrible horrible customer service

quality of the blanket i ordered was terrible. Not worth what i paid at all. Took over a month to get and i would never order from them again. wish i would have looked at the reviews before i ordered from them. they dont deserve even 1 star.

Honestly, one star is too generous. This company has been the biggest disappointment. I first placed an order on April 27, I received the order over one month later INCORRECT. This has happened a grand total of THREE times now. They will not refund me, and are requesting that I pay the shipping myself. Ridiculous. Do not use this company!

Just wanted to say oak bay gift delivered what was promised. Yes it took 2 months to receive desired items but finally received it and product was pretty nice.

I wish I could give them negative stars! It has been 2 1/2 months since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. They keep telling me to wait another 3-5 days every time I inquire about tracking. I am disputing charges with my bank today. Do not order from this company!

Ordered what I would expect to be my baby girl's come home outfit on 10.31.2020. I have been corresponding with company since November and have yet to receive tracking number and today is 1.2.2021. Last correspondence said order would take 20-25 days due to covid and holiday season. I ordered before holiday season and website provides timeframe. Even with covid, this is unsatisfied. It has been 2 months. My daughter is due 1.18.2021. And they will not rush, provide tracking, or refund my item. Etsy sells the same item, if I knew I would have gotten it from there. Sometimes it's better to go with the known than the unknown. Don't waste time with company. Damn near bought 2 outfits from them, Thank goodness I tried them out before wasting my money. Go with another company.

I ordered a personalize blanket on 11/1/20. The website said 1-3 days production prior to shipping. So I communicated when a couple weeks had passed and I received nothing. Finally after 34 days I received it. It was the wrong product and it was not personalize. And they would not refund my money. I will never EVER use their services again. This was a Christmas gift for a new baby so I had to order from a different reputable vendor. It cost more but arrived within 7 days of order. I should have known you get what you pay for.

Offers a 3 dollar refund for a 34.00 purchase. Make sure you read reviews before any purchase, anyone who buys from here is being scammed. Wish I could receive that money back. The most you can do is file a dispute with your bank.
