Poor . Never received item . Trying to get hold of them and get a refund . No response . Avoid this scam .

To be honest with you I was expecting a response days later. However, I got a response not even a couple hours. I am amazed and super grateful for you guys being attentive and response to us the customers. I truly appreciate you guys and I for sure plan on continuing business with you guys. Keep up the amazing work. Thanks again for everything! :)

I have ordered 5 shirts plus a long sleeve dress shirt back in September. The tracking number I received shows they are coming out of China! I still have not received my order. The tracking timeline does not match the dates either. WTH!!!! If it wasn't for the complaints about the product, I just now read, I would believed I was scammed!

I am an athletic build and not a small guy. I wear size large in every shirt I own including polos, dress shirts, t-shirts, etc. and they are usually a good to snug fit in my chest and arms. I ordered some casual and polo shirts in a large size from Oak and Weston after seeing all of their advertising and visiting their website. First, let me say that their product runs large, I was practically swimming in the "large" size they sent. I had to reach out to them via email and their contact form on the website 5 times over a week just to get them to respond once. Their website says that I can return or asked for an exchange in the first 30days, so I asked for an exchange to a medium size. When they finally responded that wanted me to open all 5 packages and take pictures of the shirts they sent me. What kind of a response is that? Instead of simply saying here is your return info and shipping label (per their website) I received this: "To help us review your request as quickly as possible, could you please send us a few clear photos of the item? If applicable, we'd also appreciate a photo showing the issue you're experiencing.

Once we receive the photos, we'll carefully review everything and work on finding the best possible solution for you."

So, here is my warning to all, these guys are a marketing company selling marginal quality clothing likely made in China and drop shipped. They have been extremely slow to respond and to follow-through on their published return/exchange policy.

Maybe they'll surprise me and resolve this. If so I'll revisit this rating, but they have dug themselves a hole to get out of.

Really really poor quality. So called specialist cut is complete nonsense.

I ordered 3 shirts and I ordered them too small, I contacted for an exchange and they have not responded!! Customer service is terrible, would not order again!

BEEN SCAMMED!!! I was shipped WRONG color shirts!!! Ordered 5 but two not olive green they BROWN!!! Thats first issue... Second issue is 3 out of 5 shirts sizes fit differently, i measured them and they all off, like by 2 inches from chest... NO consistency. support email takes weeks to respond, im SO tired of their BS and they still havent refunded me, i feel like a ping pong and SO much time has wasted.. I have to wait a week to 2 for them to respond and seems they dont want to refund... I need them to do whats right! If they do, i will put an update...

The shirts are very comfortable very good fabric, looks exactly like the photo’s recommend getting a size bigger then you are for a perfect fit
