Richard was great, he did a red book valuation survey for us for help to buy purposes. He was recommended to us and we are really glad he was. He was helpful, informative, personable and friendly. We didn’t know the first thing about the survey needed for us originally but after speaking to Richard, he made us aware of our options and made it easy for us to make an informed decision.
