Goede zoekfunctie en prima kwaliteit
Met de zoekfunctie was het gemakkelijk om de juiste O-ringen te vinden. De prijs is ook prima. Enige reden dat de laatste ster nog niet gevuld wordt is dat er geen kleinere hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn voor de kleine doe-het-zelvers.

We begrijpen ook je opmerking over de minimale afnamehoeveelheden. Veel O-ringen hebben een zeer lage stukprijs. In plaats van bijvoorbeeld een relatief hoog bedrag te rekenen voor één enkele O-ring, kiezen wij ervoor om klanten zoveel mogelijk waarde te bieden voor het bedrag dat zij betalen door meerdere stuks binnen de minimale afname aan te bieden.
Desondanks waarderen we je feedback enorm. Opmerkingen zoals deze helpen ons om onze dienstverlening en ons assortiment continu te blijven evalueren en verbeteren.

Wir verstehen Ihre Anmerkung zu den Verpackungs- beziehungsweise Mindestabnahmemengen. Bei vielen O-Ringen handelt es sich um Artikel mit einem sehr niedrigen Stückpreis. Anstatt für einzelne O-Ringe einen vergleichsweise hohen Betrag berechnen zu müssen, bieten wir lieber größere Verpackungseinheiten an, damit unsere Kunden möglichst viel Gegenwert für ihr Geld erhalten.
Dennoch schätzen wir Ihr Feedback sehr, da es uns hilft, unser Angebot und unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu überprüfen und weiterzuentwickeln.
