Questo ci rammarica particolarmente, perché normalmente riscontriamo pochissimi problemi con le spedizioni effettuate tramite FedEx.
Dopo aver verificato il tuo ordine, posso confermare che è stato effettuato il 30/05/2026 e spedito da noi il 01/06/2026. Secondo le informazioni fornite da FedEx, il primo tentativo di consegna è stato effettuato il 05/06/2026, ma non è andato a buon fine a causa di un indirizzo di consegna ritenuto incompleto o non corretto. In seguito a questa segnalazione, abbiamo fornito a FedEx tutte le informazioni relative all'indirizzo che ci era stato comunicato al momento dell'ordine.
Successivamente, FedEx ha effettuato ulteriori tentativi di consegna il 09/06, il 15/06 e il 17/06. In tutti questi casi, il corriere ha indicato che il destinatario era assente oppure che la sede risultava chiusa.
Desideriamo comunque trovare una soluzione adeguata per questa situazione. Ti contatteremo direttamente per rimborsare le spese di spedizione di questo ordine e continueremo inoltre a collaborare con FedEx per fare in modo che il tuo pacco venga consegnato il prima possibile.
Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente e ti ringraziamo per aver portato questa situazione alla nostra attenzione.

Wir verstehen auch Ihre Anmerkung zu den Mindestbestellmengen. Bei vielen O-Ringen handelt es sich um Artikel mit einem sehr niedrigen Stückpreis. Anstatt für einzelne O-Ringe einen vergleichsweise hohen Betrag berechnen zu müssen, bieten wir lieber größere Mindestmengen an, damit unsere Kunden möglichst viel Gegenwert für ihr Geld erhalten.
