Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Lieferung Ihrer Bestellung länger gedauert hat als erwartet, obwohl die Produkte als verfügbar angezeigt wurden.
Ich habe Ihre Bestellung überprüft und festgestellt, dass sie einen Artikel mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 5 bis 7 Tagen enthielt. Leider hat sich dieser Artikel aufgrund einer Verzögerung beim Transport von unserem lokalen Lager zu unserem Hauptlager verspätet. Aus diesem Grund hat sich der Versand Ihrer gesamten Bestellung verzögert.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass dies passiert ist, da wir alles daransetzen, Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich an unsere Kunden auszuliefern.
