Though our stories, we collaborate with artists and develop our character's, and then craft and sell parts of them as silicone toys. Great quality and attention to detail

I loved the unwrapping of my order it was so brim full with cute details and trinkets.
Some stickers, a tiny, squishy, a comic and even a laminated care sheet with the the character on it.

The toy itself is also phenomenal the coloring looks stunning.

The only small critic I have is the lack of communication. There was a big order queue and the delays were written out to be 4-6months which is understandable for the team size and the sheer order amount, but it would just be nice to get some status updates on socials or just a queue count on the website to see that progress is happening.

It was my first order of the store so I got a bit worried, but I emailed them and they quickly replied that everything was in order.

In a nutshell, I love the attention to detail and the care put into the packaging so that even the unwrapping process is a delight.

Commande sans suite, support muet.

Commande passé le 6 novembre 2025 pour un simple lubrifiant, coicé en "processing", déjà débité.
Sans suite depuis plusieurs semaines, je contacte le support le 1er décembre pour une update. Le ticket est sans suite en attente de traitement, pas de réponse.
Dernière tentative de contacte sur la messagerie du compte X (twitter) le 15 décembre, encore une fois sans suite...
je fais une demande de litige paypal, pour une commande de 30,75 €, on me rembourse 28,29 €.. j'ai perdu 2,46 € avec les frais de litige paypal, et du temps.

Cela n'est pas très rassurant.

Je m’appelle Ori, je suis le co-fondateur de Nyoon.
Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis, et je suis sincèrement désolé de cette situation.

Vous avez raison : votre ticket n’aurait jamais dû rester sans réponse. C’est une erreur de notre côté. Je passe par une autre personne pour m’aider à gérer le support, et votre demande s’est malheureusement perdue dans notre système de gestion des tickets. Pour le contexte, Nyoon est une toute petite structure de moins d’une poignée de personnes, et nous sommes actuellement en train de faire évoluer nos outils pour nous adapter à une forte hausse de la demande.

Concernant le litige PayPal, je comprends totalement votre frustration. Ce n’est pas une expérience acceptable, et ce n’est pas ce que nous voulons offrir. Je vais vous recontacter afin de vous proposer un avoir chez nous, qui couvrira largement les frais occasionnés.

Je vous assure que la cause de notre erreur a bien été identifiée. Encore désolé pour cette expérience...

Great communication/support

Great communication/support. Regular updates about the status of the order and although it's a smaller shop I definitely felt like dealing with absolute professionals who care for both their product and their customers.
Plus an incredibly nice and well-made website!

Amazing small business owned by amazing people!

Nyoon is an amazing small business! The two people owning it are both super sweet and put a lot of care into their designs, their products, and their customer service. I own two of their products and I'm very satisfied with both of them! I wholeheartedly recommend Nyoon if you're looking for very high quality fantasy sex toys with a story behind them ❤️
