Did a big order, backpack, leg bag, road kit, bladder and battery. First the backpack came in with the battery and bladder, everything looked good. But no leg bag or road kit came in. I messaged about... Zobacz więcej

Backpack is really nice, well built, and looks sleek. I thought I didn't get a battery with it, but it's in a side slot on the box so keep an eye out for it! I think the website could use more tran... Zobacz więcej
Such a great find. The app is incredibly easy to use, and the charge on the gear seems to last forever. The backpack itself is the only one I’ll wear while riding, it’s genuinely the most comfortable... Zobacz więcej

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Great item. I love the options available and have had a lot of fun picking which ones to save to my bag. I love the option to upload videos and drawings as well. Will definitely be buying the thigh bag to match the backpack.

order mishap *which was resolved timely*
THIS HAS BEEN EDITED PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING! I ordered the LED backpack, the roadside tool kit, the 10,000 mAh power bank and got a compact tire inflator for free with my purchase. i was so excited to finally have one of these backpacks. i check the tracking info daily. hourly even. i see that my package was delivered today. OH so exciting. i rush home. open the box. it is only the backpack. no power bank. no roadside kit. no tire inflator. the backpack is cool don’t get me wrong, but it needs to be connected to a power bank to work… hence buying the power bank…. that never came…. /// update: i emailed them about the situation (maybe not so nicely but i apologized i promise) and they replied so fast. like within 6 minutes of me sending my first email. asked for a picture of what i received. so i sent them the image with the box, the dust bag, the backpack, and the instruction pamphlet. i also did in fact apologize for being curt in my first email. and the CEO / Founder replied and said he will get everything shipped out as asap. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 backpack.

Hey Jenna, we really appreciate the honest review. To be completely transparent with you we had some recent issues with the way we packed and shipped our boxes. But those issues have been resolved. Again we are sorry you had to be on the opposite side of that, but we are extremely grateful you gave us some grace. Always message us if you have any issues. :)
This bag will make you popular!
My light up backpack is a hit on the slopes! All the skiers and snowboarders love it and ask me where to get it! Wear this and your friends and family will never lose you again.

Thanks so much Claire, happy Thanksgiving!
Buy it right now!
I’ve recently purchased and rode with the Nyan gear pack on and it was great. I felt so safe and got so many compliments. Batteries last forever. It’s like a community owning one I think all bikers need one or even if you don’t have a bike they are just cool to use and own.

This bag is awesome!!!
I love the bag! There are so many customizable options and I always get comments from people loving the bag. It is my go to recommendation when someone is in need of having a bag to hold their belongings. The quality is great as well, I’ve ridden in pouring rain a couple times and have had no issues with leaks or with the LED’s not working. All of my belongings were completely dry.
