The production quality has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that approved samples and a detailed tech pack were provided beforehand.

The bulk order was poorly executed, with the garments showing significant inconsistencies from piece to piece. Even more concerning, mistakes and quality issues were not properly acknowledged or addressed, and there was little willingness to make improvements.

Although the overall material quality is acceptable, basic requirements were overlooked — including the care labels, despite this information already being clearly specified in the existing tech pack. As a result, we are currently unable to sell the products.

On top of that, the pricing is far too high considering the level of quality and service provided.

For a company presenting itself as professional, this level of production and customer service is simply unacceptable. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Poco profesionales y nada fiables
Hice un pedido y me confirmaron que la entrega se realizaría hoy antes de las 15:00. Estuve esperando todo el día, paralizando mi jornada y desatendiendo mis compromisos laborales, para que al final no entregaran nada y cambiaran el estado sin dar explicaciones ni contactar conmigo. Es una falta de respeto total hacia el tiempo del cliente y una gestión lamentable. No recomiendo comprar aquí.

I‘ve been working with Nxt Level for a very long time now. I have to say that I have so many recurring customers just because the quality of the shirts are so amazing. All the samples I’ve ordered always arrived very clean and good.

The effort Nxt Level puts into everything is just insane.
