I ordered one of their 1:3 scale replicas and it's excellent, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately they forgot to include the case that comes with it! I reached out to their customer service and got a helpful reply right away. Responses to the ensuing email chain were timely and helpful, and they immediately offered to send a replacement case no questions asked; they also made it extremely easy to combine the replacement with my next order. The product was already good enough for me to come back, but the superb customer service has me very impressed. With Christmas coming up, I think I know what I'm getting for my husband and our firearm enthusiast friends!

I had seen someone showing one of these models (I think on YouTube, but can't say for certain) and had thought "I need to have one".

After looking through the website I promised myself that once I had some spare cash lying around, I would treat myself to the 1911.

Well, October comes around and I have enough to justify an order, and am surprised to find everything is 50% off! So I splurged for the suppressor too.

Honestly, it is as amazing as all the reviews make it seem. The weight of it, the attention to detail, the quality, everything! The reviews you see for them don't really do it justice.

I've had smaller models from other companies, and really at this point I'd just throw them away.

I did have one small issue. When delivered, the 3:4 scale is listed as 1:2.05. Customer service was very quick to help me sort the confusion out, and allow me to identify it as the correct size. So anyone else out there, don't be surprised if the size on the box and what you ordered don't match!

Delayed gratification is a powerful skill to master. The delivery time was longer than I would've liked because I am spoiled by Amazon Prime but the wait was worth it! I got a 3:4 1911 and since it got here I haven’t been able to stop fidgeting with it. This company has some serious machining skills and it shows. I’m going to be buying them anytime they’re on sale as a fun gift for my gun-friends!

Everything about this is amazing, I haven’t stopped playing with this 1911 scince I got it and it’s so much fun, I seriously recommend purchasing this if you are considering it

Delivery tracking got abit worrying, but I suppose that's international shipping (to Australia) for you, not something NXmodels is likely able to control.

Really enjoy the product, I can't own a Glock in Australia, but this is my next best thing. Much love to the customer service for being great.

This is my review for the 3:4 1911 plus the suppressor. I'll start by saying I saw a lot of bad reviews before placing my order and I was skeptical from the time I placed it until I physically had it in my hands. Now I can say I'm very happy with my purchase! It honestly feels pretty high quality. It's not perfect but I wouldn't expect a scaled down replica to be. If im being absolutely critical, the guide rod and barrel don't sit as well as they should, the takedown notch is smaller than it should be, it feels like the bullets are just a tad too small to seat properly in the chamber, and the safety sits really snug against the plunger tube. I also ordered the suppressor, and I will admit the quality is noticeably worse than the model itself.

To everyone calling it a scam because they didn't recieve it within a few weeks, you need to be patient. Yes, the website shouldn't claim the 15 day delivery that obviously won't be met. That said, I kept a very close eye on the tracking updates and I got quick and helpful replies from Brianna every single time I reached out throughout the process, even helping me get the safety unstuck once it came in! So I can't speak on those claiming they never got replies, but I can say that was very much not my experience.

Overall the model will impress anyone with reasonable expectations, especially for the price they are sold at. Give them some time to get your order and keep in mind that you're buying a scaled down replica from China, not a genuine military grade Colt. And for my fellow Canadians: customs will take their sweet time with it, but it will clear.

I see some people complaining about how long they take but so many factors come into play when you order your package. Like the distance between from where they ship from and where you’re ordering from. And even things they can’t control like when they give your order to a delivery partner like USPS. I did have to reach out about my order because I thought it got lost or something and their customer service replied back the same day with a link so I can track it. Their customer service is amazing and very fast with their responses. My package did take a month but when it got to me I was very impressed I didn’t think the models were that accurate until I compared my 1:2 Glock 17 to my real Glock that I carry daily. And was blown away cant wait until they start making rifles and shotguns will definitely be buying more in the future. THESE ARE DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT. I have some on my desk at work and I get so many questions about them. I’ve even got some of my friends and co workers to even buy some and they love them. Can’t recommend the company enough!!!!!!!

I've been reading some of the reviews on here, and as a long time customer of NX, I can't help but need to clarify some things.
All points listed below are recurring questions or claims that were made with 1 star reviews, and I hope this will help you make a decision based on your own opinion.
This is completely objective to me, and I was not handheld into writing this "review".

1. Does NxModels really sell replica firearms? Where's my order then?
I've currently got my hands on the 3:4 G17 with a suppressor, a Beretta 1:3 keychain, and the 3:4 Silver 1911, and still am looking to expand my collection.
Depending on what country you live in, shipping time thresholds can greatly vary;
I am a proud Canadian, the king of strict import laws!
Every model I've ordered as taken upwards of 2 months to arrive, spending a great percentage of that wait period in customs, where the Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) has taken their sweet sweet time at eyeballing each of them.
Despite this, many of you might think you've just been scammed, but the reality is NxModels has zero (0) control over this part of the shipping process.
Your order will arrive, even if it requires you to be patient!

2. A part of my order is missing, is this a joke?
This has happened to me once, on my second order (The Glock 17) of which the suppressor was missing.
I immediately contacted the assigned customer service representative to my order, Brianna, and they were more than happy to reship the missing component.
It arrived after another long wait period, but it did arrive.
That's what matters. I got what I paid for in the end.
The next order, for the 1911, was fulfilled without any concurrent issues.

3. Customer Support takes forever to reply, did they ghost me like my girlfriend on Tinder?
No, they didn't. I have had multiple inquiries with the support agent assigned to my orders, and from that experience, I can safely assume a ticket (e-mail) takes around 12 hours to reach the eyes of C.S.
They keep your experience at heart, and will try their best to fix any problems you have with their services.
Being appreciative and understanding of human mistakes is key to resolving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Staying civilized ideally should not be advice I have to give, but some of you proved to jump to conclusions.
Support will answer, don't spam them, this will only lengthen the time required to reply. Be concise and thoughtful.

4. The product I received is different from the website, it's a piece of junk metal!
Did you make sure to carefully read the specifications for the model you want to buy? Some features vary from piece to piece.
I've read some people complain about the 1:3 Keychain B92F, saying there were no miniature bullets or even a functional magazine; if you had looked at the website description for that specific model, which I have, you would've known they do not support mag loading, as it is far too small. The only 1:3 models to have miniature bullets are the Glock 17 and Taran Tacticals (The John Wick pistols).
As for the quality of the materials used in the fabrication of these models, that's also specified under each model listed on the official website (nxmodels.com).
If you want my opinion on the matter, I do believe the 3:4 models are the best in terms of what you get for your money, the keychains are a bit overpriced for what they are, but you don't have to get them if you think the same way.

5. The box is in Chinese, is this a scam?
I can confirm these claims are true, but they are for a reason.
Both 3:4 models I own were shipped in a generic cardboard mail envelope because customs removed the original packaging for inspection.
Otherwise, the keychain did come in a box entirely labelled in Chinese, and as far as I understand it, this is because the product is originally made in China (shocker), and ships from the same location, and so it is packaged according to their language as it has to clear their own port before coming to you.
Usually during shipping a declaration paper from NxModels is added to the order, allowing it to be identified by your customs before making it to your home.
The products are from an NxModels warehouse, but in China. Like most things are.
I don't have a personal issue with this, as long as what I get is what I saw on the website, which it is.
If you don't like it, don't buy it, it's that simple.

6. NxModels will fake reviews by asking customers to write them for free stuff.
I have received free things based on the fact the suppressor was initially missing from my G17 order.

I was *not* given free things in *exchange* for a review, it was all done in good will by Nx themselves to make up for a mistake on their end.

I cannot confirm whether this was the same for everyone else, but it was not for me.

Closing point, NxModels is a real business.
You get what you see.

The ”nxmodels“-side seems legit but it takes an eternity to get your package. I already wrote a review but they asked me to delete it so they can ship my order as soon as possible.

So here’s my review:
(Over 1 Month after ordering): I ordered on the 17th July and haven’t received anything from there on yet. They wrote me an automatic email, which I replied to but haven’t got an answer yet. I wrote them multiple emails, which they ignored, because after 3 weeks I wanted my money back. I wrote them again, and I hope to get it back now but If not, I have to take legal actions, which wouldn’t make me happy.

Update (19/09/24): They‘ve written me an email and said, I will get my package soon. The delay is due to legal reasons. Even though I‘m kind of annoyed by the long time I had to wait, I would still be happy to finally receive my order.

Update (16/10/24): After 91 days I have finally received my package and it’s pretty much what I ordered, so the side seems legit. The product is good, even though they said it takes between 7-15 days. Thats more than 6 times longer at best, which is very disappointing. The “customer service” is terrible. You can’t really reach them and if, you will just receive an automated email. Asking for your money back won’t work either, because they will only feed you with copied emails, which tell you that they do their best and stuff. So all in all, the product ist legit but till it reaches you, your kids have kids (at least for europeans). After all that time, the product isn’t that exciting anymore so…disappointing.
Not worth it.

This company is an above and beyond company. I ordered a beautiful chrome 1:2 Desert Eagle and I had a issue with my package, it showed up it was just empty, just a brown box 📦 . I let them know and they were on top of the situation asap and handled my situation until it was taken care of. I already have my next order in mind. It's a scam, don't fall for the fake reviews. They never send you the item and will ignore your emails demanding a refund. You'll never see that money again.

Amazing customer service and very high quality models. This is an amazing website, and it's the place to go if you want to get realistic firearm models.

So, where do I begin?

Placed an order for a Keychain Beretta and even paid extra for shipping protection. I have seen the YouTube videos and since months I was excited for ordering a model as soon as I receive my first paycheck.

I waited over a month if not two for it to be delivered. I got no information about the shipping status, whatsoever. But since I live in Germany, I didn't think anything about it.

Then it finally got delivered and that was the ultimate moment of disappointment.
There was only the B92F. No bullets, no mini holster, no case. The only thing that was in the package besides the model was a little piece of paper with a disassembly manual. WRITTEN ENTIRELY IN BLOODY CHINESE!
I have the slight feeling, that this product didn't ever see an NxModels warehouse. From that third world ****hole it was produced in straight to my mailbox.

That's not everything, the worst part is that the "exact replica (like how they really try to frame this piece of **** in their videos)" was a painfully poorly produced unstable cheap piece of scrap metal. The Mechanics are not even by far realistic, the only similarity it has to the original is the outer design. Every single part of the replica is wiggling around. Then I wondered if the mag at least can store some bullets, like promised in the videos and the webshop. So I managed to eject the magazine and found a solid piece of shaped scrap metal in my hands. There is not the slightest possibility to even store replica bullets in that thing. Literally the only feature it has is that it can be disassembled. And even that is as unsatisfying as it can be.
Considering all these things I estimate the production cost of that product to maximum 1-2$ if not less.

Then I wrote an E-Mail to customer service to demand my money back and they had the balls to tell me to send the product back to them in order to get the refund. The shipping expenses it would take to send that piece of junk back to where it came would most surely be higher than this thing is even worth.

What I ask myself after all that is what the hell they are presenting on these YouTube videos and their website and why the hell they don't actually sell them.

All in all, don't order anything from them, all of their promo is fake.

Item arrived broken so I contacted support. After about 5 days, I got a reply and a new item was shipped out (waiting on it now). Brianna (customer service rep) was awesome and very helpful!

Placed an order on 20th of August i believe, havent got anything back from them, i even wrote the customer support a mail, and they said "we'll reply in a few days" so thats been about a full month, and no shipping updates nothing.

I would recommend as they are not a scam, and any questions you have the team will contact you at their earliest convenience, and offer solutions, also the quality is superb, I have no complaints at all as far as my model goes I got the 3:4 1911 in grey and I am still in awe of it! I would recommend as I have, beware of timelines and regulations as this is shipping internationally!

Not a scam, item took awhile to arrive from China. Had problems with the customs, did arrive eventually. Which I honestly expected as soon as I found out that it is coming from China.
Item looks awesome, does not feel cheap at all. Did not realize how small it is though.
