*SCAM ALERT*
*SCAM ALERT*
This is a well organized profitable scam group! Shame on them. I received a permanent refund from my bank after requesting a dispute. The bank never heard from them. Now they raised the price from $29 to $59. They are obviously making tons of money from this. Well organized scam shame on them aiming at parents and children!!

This is a SCAM...
This is a SCAM.... They are a bogus company, you will not receive your item as ordered. I had my credit card company refund me. No head office, no phone number, no address. No responses from emails. Do not buy the planetarium system

LED Planetarium Projector - Never Arrived, Customer Services not responding
Ordered a 'LED Planetarium Projector' after seeing it promoted on Instagram.
I ordered it 7th Sept, it’s still not arrived. I received one reply from customer services following my first query in Oct. They said wait until the end of the month and if it’s not arrived they’d send another. End of the month came, no projector. So emailed again. No reply. Emailed a few times since, no reply. Looks like others who've reviewed here have had a similar experience. Best to avoid.

Planetarium LED Projector
The product I ordered is the Planetarium LED Projector. What I got (more than a month later) is a "Star Master Dream Rotating Projection Lamp". There are no films, no slot for films, and no projector/focus. This is basically a cheap night light and looks completely different from the website pictures.
I reached out to them three times over as many weeks (2 via email, 1 via the website help page) and have not heard back. I'll be initiating a chargeback on the transaction since this is clearly a scam company.
I may consider adding a star if they contact me and correct the issue.

Scammers
Scammers. I placed an order, and paid, on the 21st of September. Waited for info about the shipping, no news. Inquired via email and from the website a combined total of 6 times. I asked to have a refund if they don't plan to ship the order. Never got an answer. It's now October the 24th. Scammers. Don't buy. You will lose your money.
