I never received my chopping board
I never received my chopping board. The owner ignores my emails. I wanted to cancel and have my money back. He ignored that email. The 2 emails i have received, ther first said it would be delivered on around 19th November. The second email said it was nearly finished. I received notification on 4th December from DPD, but they still haven't received the parcel. This was just a delaying tactic. The owner says he has problems moving to his new factory, has a depleted work force and has other problems. I am trying to get my money back through my bank.

In the last 12 months, we went through significant staffing changes, redundancies, and had to relocate our workshop twice. This caused major disruption to the business and, unfortunately, resulted in delays and a breakdown in our customer communication. While this provides some context, I fully appreciate that it doesn't excuse the experience you had.
I can confirm that your order was subsequently refunded. Although I'm sorry we weren't able to complete your order on this occasion, I hope the refund brought the matter to a close.
I'm pleased to say that our workshop has now successfully relocated to Cambridgeshire, and we are back on track. Orders are being completed and dispatched on schedule, and our communication with customers has been restored to the standard it should always have been.

Your order was dispatched and delivered several weeks ago, and we’ve had no messages from you to say there were any problems.
As the order was placed through Not On The High Street, any refunds or support have to go through their system. If you contact NOTHS customer service, they will confirm the delivery details and help you from their side.
If you need us to resend the tracking information, just let us know through the NOTHS order page.

Great Product but...
I needed regular updates on when to expect delivery which eventually took over three months. I do understand there were background issues beyond their control but it was quite an anxious wait at my end.

Beautiful quality
The tree is absolutely lovely, exactly as described, beautifully made with a useful bag for storage. We are excited to use it for the first time this year knowing that when we take it down it will be so compact and easy to store. We also appreciated the communications about an unforeseen delay with delivery. Thank you!

After 5 months, finally got my order - great quality.
I ordered two wood blocks on May 10th and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I did get a response explaining the company moved its operations and that they would be on their way in June. I have sent 3 emails without a response. The last was a email asking for an ETA or to give me a refund, but again, no response. I would appreciate some form of communication.
Update as of late September. The two block just came and they are beautiful and high quality. UPS was very fast as it took only 5 days from shipping in the UK to Vancouver, BC. I did have to pay CN$100 for import taxes, but that was to be expected. If I had to do it again, I would have the bottom of the block, where the door fits in be 1cm shorter, just to give it a bit of room to slide the block it. It's hard to do as it's so tight, but still a very good product.

I also appreciate your feedback regarding the fit. We always manufacture the slot to the measurements provided and leave a small clearance around the door to allow the doorstop to slide on and off easily. As every installation is slightly different, if anyone is unsure about their measurements, we're always happy to offer advice before the order is made.

Would buy from again
Contacting the team wasn't too difficult I just gave them a call and they're were nice to talk too. Wooden block was sent when they said it would be sent and holds door open in strong winds. Very happy overall.

Poor Shipping
The finished product, large made to measure door stop for balcony door was absolutely superb. Beautifully crafted and finished. Very poor contact re shipping date. Package appeared to get mislaid by DHL. DHL were useless in the tracking information ( wrong dates and whereabouts) Customer services even more useless through an email giving me wrong information. From original order to actual delivery 39 days.

Order Not Received After 4–5 Months
Order date was the 23rd of May. I never received my order. I’ve tried emailing, sending Instagram DMs, everything. No response. On the 23rd of August, I finally got a reply saying it would be shipped on the 27th of August. Again, I never received anything and still haven’t to this day. There has also been no further communication.
We understand that there may have been difficult times, but waiting 4 to 5 months without any communication other than one email for a cutting board costing over €300 is not acceptable.
