I did not receive my product!!!

I did not receive my product!!!
Site allowed me to spend money. Then I had to do an age verification check, which failed on my address and bank card. Finally worked on my driving license. (I am 48).
Have waited a long time but product has not arrived.

Ordered coils and a new tank after a week no delivery after a phone call they was sent to me, had to send coils back wrong ones after another phone call they said they would replace them i am still waiting for them over a week now

Waited over a week to arrive

Took ages to come. Small coils sent in a big box that was totally unnecessary.

Hi there! Our Free Standard Delivery takes up to 5-7 working days to arrive. We ship our products in a big box to make sure it is received by an adult, if we shipped it in an envelope that could fit through the mail box, we would not be able to verify the receiver's age.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, great liquid, can't buy in all shops, i would like to subscribe but there is no option for 12mg, what a shame
