Ordered my Healing tea on recommendations of 2 friends who also do a lot of holistic self care. The 2 step process of inhaling first with the guidance of coughing or sneezing was intense and accurate. I was experiencing some cold symptoms with increasing full head feeling and fuzzy thinking. I drank my very intense tea for about 30 minutes and realized that foggy brain feeling had left and overall I felt better. Definitely worthwhile.
