Honesty and integrity with products that deliver what they say. The owners are dedicated to helping others and not in it to get rich. They are generous and willing to do the right thing and treat others with respect. You definitely feel like a priority when dealing with them. I had a problem with my order and they not only corrected it immediately but sent me extra products to make up for my inconvenience.
