Terrible customer service. Ordered something and still three weeks later it hadn’t been shipped. Every inquiry I made to customer service resulted in them sending me a tracking number that had no tracking since it hadn’t been shipped. And then saying if you want to track your package use this link. Still don’t have shipping date

I purchased breathlink from Noluva. I gave them my correct address but when I hit the pay button the wrong address appeared. I attempted to have them correct the error immediately but I didn’t get a response from them until 3days later when the item was already shipped. They stated there was nothing that they could do. There is no phone number to call only an email address. Had they responded when I first reached out to them the address could have been corrected. They were of no help to me at all. I will never do business with them again

Took a little longer than I expected, but I got my fun wolf baseball cap. I sent an email to check on the status and they got right back to me. Super cute. Well-made.

Over a month and nothing received. Tracking info just says left China…

Very satisfied with the products quality, affordable prices. It is true that it can be taking too long to be delivered, but when you do receive the products you will be verry happy. Good quality and good prices! Totally recommend🙂

item ordered took weeks to get tracking number which said it was sent to america?? emails are just same repeat pre written emails.. it’s been a month no more contact and no delivery.. Scam

This Company did all they could to satisfy my needs, including liaising with me to correct my mistake on my order and determine when the goods were on the way. The goods, by the way, are excellent and will certainly get plenty of use over here

The order does take a little longer to get to you but at least it does come and it’s quality. I’m very hesitant to order things I see on social media because most are scams. But I just loved this hat and had to give it a shot and I am pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this company.

I love the hat. I appreciated the communication when my order was delayed but would have appreciated other updates like "your order is on the way". I had just about decided I'd been scammed when my order arrived.

There was a delay in shipping, but I absolutely love the hat.

sunglasses i ordered arrived a little delayed its true , worth waiting for ,perhaps better communication would be better than at present ,people also need to be more patient ,its not a scam as received what i ordered !!

Based on the trustpilot reviews and the fact that Nuvoula say 30 day money back guarantee, I ordered a set of pants, jersey and gilet.
It is too big for me and to date I cannot get Nuvoula to issue a refund.
They first offered choose another item, then keep my order and get a 20% refund.
Why would I want to keep something that I cannot use!!!
UPDATE:
After numerous emails still offering more discounts which I kept refusing, I eventually got the return address for the order. I returned it tracked with Royal Mail. Eventually, 1 month after requesting to return the items I received a full refund.
I still do not recommend buying this company.

I received order confirmation with an order number and then a tracking number. like with other reviews 2 weeks have passed and no delivery, the tracking number hasn’t changed from “Yodel have your parcel" status on 26/9. ı did send several emails, only 3 of which got replies telling me to wait another few days and goods are in transit, the last 4 days ago being the exact same as the very first! Still no delivery nor updates or reply from Noluva.
I consider this a scam and they do not reply my refund requests at all

Got the Rogue Wave Cap, and I love the design. The delivery was slightly delayed but I'm happy with my purchase.

Now still no updates or reply from Noluva.
At this point I consider this company a scam and I am afraid my money gone , they do not reply my refund requests at all
