BE AWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE This company is also trading as ‘Evelyn dot com’ (and other company names). I purchased a pair of these shoes. The size was far too small, the quality of the product is substandard with no foot support. The material reminded me of 1970s plimsoles. I requested a refund and was advised their T&Cs offer only 20%. Very disappointed
NO US return address, NO sale
I received the items in a timely manner; however, the quality was inferior. I ordered two pairs of "orthopedic" shoes and they are such poor quality offering no support (dangerous) and the smell of off-gassing is nauseating. When I contacted support to return them, they offered a 20% refund so that I could give them to someone else and not be bothered by the cost and inconvenience of shipping them back. When I pushed to return the shoes they offered a 30% refund and to keep them. I finally was given a return address in a country I've never heard of outside of Russia. The best thing that came out of this is that I will be pushing for our government to disallow these crooks to sell in the US without having a return depot in the United States, or better yet don't allow them to sell in the US at all.
horrible return service
I received the items in a timely manner; however, the quality was way below what I expected. I ordered two pairs of size 11 shoes; they are at best a size 9 - not even close to the size that they advertized them to be. When I contacted support to return them, they offered me a 20% refund so that I could give them to someone else and not be bothered by the cost and inconvenience of shipping them back. What?!?! When I told them "no", that I wanted to know where to ship them back to, they responded by offering a 30% refund and keep the shoes. I will never buy from them again.
Nothing like what I ordered
The shoes I received were nothing like the picture. They Look very cheap and poorly made. I wouldn't even give them to the Goodwill. Too expensive to send back to China. Lesson learned

Terrible Customer Service!
It’s a great product but it takes FOREVER to get what you order and the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! It’s too bad really, because I would buy much more from them but they are totally unresponsive if you have a problem or even a question. They send generic email responses but don’t ever offer any real assistance.

Purchased 3 pairs of mens sneakers from nuvoula.com. If I could give negative stars I would. Website states 7-10 business days to have orders delivered to US. Ordered 3 pairs of "high quality leather" sneakers on 2/10/2025. Received email 2/12/2025 that shipping information received by the shipping company. As of 2/24/2025 the shipper had not received package from seller. After several emails enquiring and asking for a refund the order was shipped on 3/5/2025. I received the order today. They arrived in plastic bags, and to say that the description on the site was wrong is an understatement. They are made of plastic and polyester! They stink of chemical plastic smell. Extremely cheap materials and craftsmanship. They are sold as a brand name high end shoe but you receive a very very cheap thin plastic shoe with a sticker that has a size on it that falls off and chinese writing on the inside sole. Do Not waste your time and money on this site. If you want to return you have to pay for shipping costs.

has been 2 months since I placed my order, and still nothing. When I write to them, I always receive the same response that the delays are due to the holiday season (!) I have been requesting a refund for 3 weeks, and they act as if they haven't seen it, and I continue to receive the same email.

Lack of product quality, bad customer support
Bought sunglasses for late summer 2024, liked the jade green one. Once I received it I directly regret it that I bought it. No sun protecting, full of plastic and smells like fresh chemistry. Once I asked for a return label, they offered me instead of a discount. Because of the shipmentcost (which you need to pay as well for retoure, understandable) it wasn‘t anymore necassary to return it. I accepted the offer in september 2024 and since then I‘m waiting for the refund. Reminded them at least 4 times but always received the same response. Thank you Sophia for no help

The product I received was exactly what I ordered. I am very impressed with the quality of my shoes and how comfortable they are. I would have liked to see better response on the shipping end. It was a bit slow but i did receive very good support from the company as to when and where my order was.

Avoid Nuvoula – Unacceptable Service, Breach of Contract, and Gross Negligence
I strongly advise against doing business with Nuvoula. My experience has been nothing short of a disastrous failure of customer service and a clear breach of contractual obligations. What was promised has not been delivered, and I am left with unresolved issues, undelivered goods, and funds retained without justification.
Nuvoula’s website clearly states that international deliveries will arrive within 10-14 days, which was a significant factor in my decision to place an order. I paid $34.95 for my purchase, yet no item 18 days later, instead held at 'customer service office' for an extended period without explanation. On contacting Novoula, I was informed that the courier had “held the package for 9 days” due to alleged incorrect address.
This claim is not only unsubstantiated, but false. The address provided is that of a well-established, premium commercial building in the heart of the city's commercial precinct, with occupancy by 58 commercial tenants, centrally located in a major city, has never had issues with receiving deliveries. There was no reason whatsoever for this erroneous claim of an 'incorrect address’ - only a lazy courier.
No resolution and now 25 days from order, I was now leaving NZ, and in response to this delay and respecting Nuvoula processes, I provided a new UK delivery address, clearly explaining that I would only be in UK for a short period (10 days) before departing for Europe. I emailed specific details on timing for the delivery, but Nuvoula failed to act on these instructions. Instead, proceeded to ship the package at their discretion, resulting in the delivery arriving 11 days after I had already left the country — even though I kept Nuvoula in communication throughout, the package signed for by a concierge in a building with 600 apartments, which appears to be the result Nuvoula wanted to validate their ‘we tried hard’ approach and in complete disregard of my clear communication.
Nuvoula’s failure to follow my explicit instructions, the lack of adequate communication, and the failure to prevent the delivery despite repeated detail on timing, are all evidence of gross customer negligence. No explanation has been tabled for why my instructions were ignored, and the customer service team failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution.
Nuvoula has not only failed to meet the agreed-upon delivery timeframe, but they have also failed to honor their responsibilities under the terms of the sale. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter amicably, I have been left with no product, no refund, and my concerns entirely disregarded.
Nuvoula has engaged in an unfair and deceptive business practice by taking payment for goods they did not deliver, providing false information about delivery status, and failing to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am instigating legal action to recover the funds paid for this undelivered product, as Nuvoula has violated consumer protection laws by failing to provide the goods I paid for, offering no valid explanation for delivery failures, and refusing to issue a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
The lack of professionalism and failure to fulfill contractual obligations demonstrate disregard for customers and a serious lack of accountability.
I will be pursuing all appropriate actions to seek redress and inform potential customers to avoid Nuvoula at all costs.
