Not even got the product yet and I know I won’t be buying from them again. States delivery to the uk between 5-9 working days. Ordered 31st July wasn’t even dispatched till 10th August. Have since had to go out and buy a different deodorant as have now run out. Don’t even want the product anymore.

UPDATE now 18th August, still not received product, according to the tracking info it is in Germany. I have 0 faith that I am ever going to get the delivery. I have written to them to tell them this and they have responded stating they had an issue with supply (wasn’t made aware of this or never would have purchased) and they offered me a discount code for my next order. Have let them know I won’t be ordering from them again and that this 1 star review has been left. If you are in the UK DO NOT buy from this company.

nuud is fantastisch! Ik gebruik het nu al een paar jaar en ben nog altijd heel tevreden. Gedaan met enkele keren per dag een gewone deodorant te moeten aanbrengen. De nieuwe formule is wat te dun en werkt iets minder lang, maar daar werken ze aan, laten ze weten. De stick is makkelijk om snel, snel aan te brengen bij weinig tijd. Ik ben fan!

Ik heb 2 jaar geleden Nuud ontdenkt en was heel content. 1x week beetje smeren en het was perfect. Nu nieuwe tube 2 maand geleden gekocht en het is helemaal iets anders. Het is geen consistente créme meer, maar een verwaterde versie ervan. Bij warme temperaturen houdt die ook niet meer. Direct stinken. Jammer!

Rating downgraded to one star as it’s been over two weeks since I placed the order and still don’t have a delivery date.

Company could do better. Items no longer in stock are still advertised for sale, money is taken immediately but the order is not processed. After about a week you’ll receive an apologetic email offering you an alternative product or your money back, remember you’ve already paid and nothing has been processed. Wait another 2-3 working days and if you’re lucky the order will be despatched.

Long term user of this. The old formula, while thick and sticky, worked amazingly. This new formula is easier to apply maybe but it simply does not work as well. I have an old tube of old formula and have been A/Bing, it's clear the old formula was so much better! Disappointing to find a perfect product and it becomes worse. My suggestion is have both formulas available. This new one does suck in comparison in terms of longevity. You had a perfect product, don't change it!

The products are great, the new formula seems to work even better. It might not be for everyone, because armpits and skins might differ, but I've been using the deodorant creams for more than three years and I have no complaint. My wife tried the old version of the cream, that didn"t work for her. Now with the new stick she's addicted too
Oh, and by the way the staff is also great. Had some problems with postal services, they were really quick to respond and resolve my problems.

Ik wàs tevreden over Nuud... Totdat ik recent de nieuwe formule ging gebruiken. Wat een ellende. De creme is geen creme meer maar een dunne vloeibare olieachtige substantie die al uit de tube loopt als je de tube oppakt. Na ieder gebruik zit de buitenkant van de tube vol vette olie en moet ik de tube dus na ieder gebruik schoonmaken. In combinatie met de smart cap is het echt geen doen zo. Zo'n tube kan je niet meer met goed fatsoen in je toilettas stoppen voor een weekendje weg of vakantie want dan zit je hele toilettas vol Nuud-smurrie.
En daarbij werkt de nieuwe smurrie bij lange na niet zo goed als de oude samenstelling.
Kortom: de nieuwe samenstelling werkt slechter en is kliederig en vies in gebruik.
Ik heb Nuud geëmaild maar nog geen reactie ontvangen.

Updating my review after the response they gave below, which is exactly the same as I’ve seen elsewhere. Copy and pasting replies is not listening to customers.

I absolutely loved the original formula - lasted me 3 days, no scent, easy to apply. The first two reformulations were awful, very runny and only lasted half a day. When I contacted Nuud, they said this latest formula (with strawberry seed oil) "is as thick, if not thicker, than the original".

Completely untrue. It is not nearly as thick, separates into an oily liquid and the silver cream, and is no longer unscented. Moreover, it barely lasts me 1 day.

Nuud actively hide any comments on Instagram about the original formula. I kept seeing posts with high numbers of comments, but when I would check, they were invisible. I left a comment myself months ago asking for the original formula to come back, and my comment was hidden too. Nuud insist the product has been reformulated for 'breathability'. The original was breathable, a perfect product. Why change something that was already perfect?

I'd be more than happy to return as a customer when the exact original is back and Nuud stop ignoring their customers. At least give two option to buy the original or new version, instead of churning out reformulations and falsely claiming they're as good as the original.

Fantastic product! I’ve tried many natural deodorants - Nuud is by far the most effective and long-lasting.

It doesn’t clog your skin and won’t need constant reapplication, especially in winter months. The tubes are small and discrete. I’m a big fan!

First-time users need to be a bit patient, as it takes a few days for your pits to readjust, but it’s well worth it.

Used to love nuud so much, I decided to stick with it even when the formula got bad. I've been a customer since pandemic times, so about 4 years. Always used to recommend to everyone and hand it out for people to try it.
This time my boyfriend placed an order for me as a surprise. That was in June, it's almost August and all we got was a response to confirm the address, about two weeks ago.
Shipping always took long, but this time it seems like it's not happening at all.
No product, no explanation, no refund(at least this one would've been nice).
Fortunately, new natural deodorants came out in the meantime, too bad many of the good ones still use plastic. At least for Europe, nuud used to be the best alternative to the good ol' chemical deodorants.

An absolute game changer!
I have used natural deodorant for the past 6 years. I’ve tried many well known brands & have had many different results. In comes NUUD - So let’s start by saying I was a little dubious, 2-3 days effectiveness from a pea size amount? Well I was proven wrong, this product is amazing, the texture is easy to use, not too thick & easy to rub in. I’ve had no staining to any of my clothes which is a big plus, no clumping of the product under my arm which I’ve had with other products & no irritation. When I say that NUUD is effective, it really is, think 2 days, working full time, 4 young boys, throw in a couple of strength training session & my armpits were still smelling fresh! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

I have been using this since Covid. When I was breastfeeding I started to smell really badly in my left armpit (I had more milk in this side). I am a clean freak. I was showering 3-4 times a day to get rid of the smell. I wasn’t even that sweaty. I used Nuud 3 times weekly for 2 weeks and then once to twice weekly. I now use it maybe once every 1-2 weeks (when I remember or notice any BO smell). I am a GP and tell my 10 yo son to use it and my 12 yo niece uses it too. I think it’s great. Also great for festivals for obv reasons. Takes a while to arrive but just order a few tubes at a time.

I first ordered in 2018 and this product was streets ahead at the time and still is in terms of it's quality and effectiveness, i wouldn't use anything else and all my family love it too.
I think there must have been a blip with the formula in my order previous to last as a couple of the tubes were a bit runny, but this is the first ever issue.
My most recent order is back to the perfect consistency.

I had trouble with a Nuud tube and the customer service sent me another immediately ! Great service and great product, in fact, the only one that works on me ! Live long and prosper, Nuud...

I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE Nuud, it was the only deodorant that ever worked for me. I used to rave about it to my friends and always recommended it but I purchased a 4 pack late last year and its terrible! Watery, messy, gets everywhere but worst of all it doesn't last anymore. I used to get 1 full day, sometimes 2 from an application and now its 3 hours!! I've been using it up because I don't want to waste the money I've spent on it but I don't think I can buy this again. Am gutted as it was actually life changing for me.
